I have been to the highest heights and the lowest lows of the world within my reach.

I have seen sights some men only see in dreams--or nightmares.

I have spent hours slaving away at complex athletic puzzles, trying to find the one spot in the universe where I can see with absolute clarity the goal which I have sought

And now I am being barred from 100% completion by one single fucking pair of dentures.

The Riddler was shitting his pants that I found all his challenges. His frenzied accusations of cheating as I solved one after another of his puzzles with increasing deliberation and efficiency was one of the most exhilarating things I'd experienced in a game in a long time. And now this one god damn set of Joker Teeth is about to get the last laugh.

I am going to be the next Batman villain at this rate.

    but just humor me.

Guys, what's good on the PS3? I've been buying for 360 all this time because all my mates play it, except mine is now terminally busted. I'm into fighting games and RPGs mostly, but I'll play anything. I will also accept recommendations for PS2 games.

I'm already planning to buy FFXIII, one or another BlazBlue game, Soul Calibur IV, and possibly Armored Core for Answer. I'm also looking at Record of Agarest War and some of the PS1 Wild ARMs games.

Also Gamestop is running a sale right now so games I could find used and cheap are the priority.

    Thanks in advance, broseph. <3

One or two episodes each. Here's my thoughts, for the two or three of you awake at this hour who are bored enough to care.

Darker than Black: Yeah... This was a major let-down, especially for all the praise that's been heaped on it. The plot is pretty damn boring, and I had to watch two episodes to get to anything interesting, so the first one was pretty much useless. Matter of fact, most of the second episode was boring and useless too, except for the last part. If someone can convince me the content improves I might pick it up, but right now it's a lackluster Witch Hunter Robin clone.

Ergo Proxy: Fucking amazing. Is anyone surprised? I thought not. Unlike the above example, this one understands how to make stuff happen and still keep a steady, atmospheric pace. Characters are three-dimensional, setting is compelling, aesthetic is consistent and engrossing. It took me too damn long to get around to this, but I won't keep making that mistake.

Xam'd: Lost Memories: Goddamn, this one's got style. Looks like Eureka Seven with Da Vinci-punk flying machines, and there's no part of that I don't like the sound of. Plus the Mutant Alien Plot Bomb at the end made things even more interesting. Yeah, I think I'll follow up on this one.

Lovely Complex: First read this in a Shoujo Beat in the back of the library when I did volunteer work there. I can't say this isn't my thing, but I don't usually go for it; the characters are always so stiff. These ones actually act like human beings. And besides that, the anime is bloody hilarious. Totally on my to-do list. (Thanks for reminding me of it, Tootsie <3)

Pandora Hearts: Well... Huh. Not bad. I was kind of iffy at first, but I was egged on by the subtle hints it was dropping that shit was about to get fucked; and fucked it got. I like a series that delivers. And here I haven't even gotten to the part that is supposed to set the mood of the whole thing. I've been told the manga is better (So what's new), but I think I'll start with this.

I might watch more soon. But before that, fourthmeal time. <3

Because I've never beaten the whole thing and I just realized that I actually still have all four discs.

And let me tell you, when the menu screen booted up and that magical little flute started to play... it was honestly like an orgasm without getting the sheets dirty. I shit you not.

So, I just had this awesome idea for a mashup, threw it together in a few minutes, uploaded it

And not five minutes into its Youtube lifespan, DM DOKURO finds it and offers to put it on an album of his, dedicated to all the mixes of his song floating around on Youtube.

    Fuck. Yeah.

Guys. It...really made me cry. Only two things have done that before, and both when I was much younger.

It's... It's like my inner child was alive again, and he told me that everything was going to be all right, everything had a place in the world and nothing would ever truly die. It was bliss.

So yeah Toy Story 3 was pretty good

    Guys, Nana

is actually kinda cool. Like, if you're watching the first few episodes and thinking "What the fuck's the big deal," just stay with it.

It's like if Blood+ realized its true calling and became a full-blown soap opera, sort of. And then a couple of cast members shaved their heads and a few more joined bands. Actually none of that is true, I just needed an excuse to take a stab at that peesashit show. But Nana's pretty awesome.

Oh, and it features Brian Drummond as Rude.

    Step 1
Get a pen or pencil, or something similar.

    Go ahead, I'll wait.

    Seriously, do it.

Don't wait to see where I'm going with this. Fucking do it.

    Step 2
Now put it between your index and middle fingers on either hand.

    Step 3
With your other hand, push your fingers inward as hard as you can.

Hurts, doesn't it? That's your punishment for not owning Odin Sphere, asshole.
