Thor is OK. Murica forces you to keep crappy tokens for longer before using its effect, but keeps its ATK gain, old stats, draw effect and gained protection effect that makes more sense for him to have that drawing effect. Nope, get it out of here. Copper is almost OK, but again ATK gain effect it have in addition. But still no. Rest of them are not valid reprints when it comes to customs, they haven't changed in any way. EDIT: ALSO FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PUT THEM NEXT TO EACH OTHER!!! From now on all of your customs that are put in different lines without you putting in something important between them get my automatic no, no matter if they are balanced or not. That includes your customs you just posted.
Do not compare your series of 2 cards and 2 related cards with existing archetype. They work in different and by starting to compare them you pretty much admit that you are hoarding all the good effects for them and mock the game itself at he same time.
Murica cannot go in any way. You can argue with effect, but stats are something you must meet certain standards with. Copper is definitely strong with his discard effect, but that can be worked around. You just set or use everything you have in hand. Unfortunately both things abilities go with ATK increase, with for monsters that have different effects in addition to such and are only LVL 4 are pretty much unacceptable in any format (A/M is exception to almost everything if presented with good arguments, but I doubt there are good arguments for card that can either increase its ATK or let you draw and is 2000/2000). Well at least he makes progress with those customs, unlike certain someone.
Buttman is quite powerfull. Its unaffected by traps. His second effect is little unnecessary, because who would target monster with trap, when its already unaffected by them. Now what makes it OP is his SS condition that makes nice Rank 4 Spam. And along the way you can destroy face-up Trap card. Neat. Card that can be special summoned in multiple copies without hard to meet condition is generally unbalanced. Next you can Xyz with it. And its Warrior-type. There is obvious boosting effect of Wildman to extend, where it of course gets my no. Rabin will get my no out of the same SS condition and fact that there are a lot of OTK strategies involving use of equip spell cards. It will make already easy OTKs even easier. Joker is obvious no. Do I need to explain it? Of course I do, because you cannot into seeing your own flaws. First ti can take one card from your opponent hand. Its not even a trade that forces you to discard something, you just do it for free. And even if there were a trade involved, it wouldn't make it balanced. You should try to think about other effect for it. Plus it can be SS in the same manner as every card you just shown. Harley would be almost OK, if not for Joker effect. And even if it had different effect, I'd say no due to mass SS of multiple copies. But it makes sense for it to protect Joker, so its a good direction. Now for all of them I suggest adding condition that you can only control one face-up "X". It will take care of mass SS problem. That's for starters.
YOU ****ING DID NOT SHOW HARLEY AT ALL!!! CHECK YOUR OWN LINKS GOD DAMMIT!!!
I will be more precise. Buttman count: 2 Rabin count:2 OP **** count (JJJoker):1 Harley count: 0
1st 2 times robin 2nd Were you drunk when you made Joker? That's just stealing one card from your opponent hand for free during every turn. And it can be special summoned by having harley, that I guess is lvl 4, so steal > xyz into R4. 3rd right now its not a archetype, so please use terms correctly.
Capitan murica still being a joke. Its a great improvement from original, but it shouldn't be accepted even as a Normal Monster. The reason for that is his combined ATK and DEF of 4000! Its like something more often happening with LVL 6-7 monsters. There is two cards: Alexandrite Dragon and Gene-Warped Warwolf. They are both generic Normal Monsters with highest ATK value without effect that would hit their user in any way. Both are 2000/100 monsters. Example of 2000 ATK monster that have drawback is Axe Dragonute. After it attacks its changed to DEF position, where its vulnerable to attacks. Also there are four LVL 4 2400 ATK monsters: Rare Metal Dragon, Lionhearted Locomotive, Chainsaw Insect and Armor Exe. They all have effect that either restricts their summon, make them useless in attacking, add maintenance cost or lets your opponent gain hand advantage. On other hand there is this monster with is 2000/2000 EFFECT monster, without drawback or hard to meet summon conditions, that lets you draw cards every time it destroys monster (at small cost of its ATK boost, but people would use it mostly for drawing anyway) and increases its own ATK over time. This is clear example of thing that aims with a great strength towards becoming AV model, something that shouldn't exist in any game. I don't know why Fred and Brook accepted it as it stands, but they definitely should reconsider it again. As you might have guessed, it gets my definite no. Hulk is actually pretty well made custom right now. You cannot just slap it onto the field, it gains moderate amount of ATK every time it destroys opponent monster and can protect itself finite amount of times. This one passes. Copper man is another joke of a card. As it don't have problem with his base stats, that are solid 1800/1600, not bad, but not jumping for nerf just out of that reason zone. Problem stands in his effect. As with murica you gave him to much utility with good effects with only halve have insignificant drawback. For starters it gains 400 ATK every time it destroys monster. Then you can abandon its boost and one attack to discard card from your opponent card. This one could be okay, if it haven got two effects that work with each other. Its not that much of going straight into AV, but its too strong for game. Gets my no and again I want Fred and Brook to reconsider their choice. It gets my no. Thor is one of most balanced cards you made, but Hulk is master of balance in this set. When it destroys monster, it can destroy 2 S/T cards by abandoning one of its attacks. It cannot be slapped on board just like that and is generally well balanced. It effect that destroys 2 S/T cards is what makes him little too strong in my book and I would change it to only one. So to sum it up: >copper and murica should be remade, and Fred and Brook should reconsider their decisions their cases >Thor is maybe little too strong, but not to extend of being too OP >Hulk is most balanced out of four So as for the rest of them: Hawk and Widow are pretty much one card free Rank 6, two 2300/2100 beaters out of one card, easy to setup 2 LVL 8 synchros. They wouldn't be too much of a issue if not for DARK typing, with makes them easy to bring out Void Ogre Dragon and Beelze of the Diabolic Dragons with 2 cards combo (requiring you to have a third one in hand and Plaguespreader Zombie) in TeleDAD deck. If not for this unfortunate typing I could accept them (also there is no reason to have this typing anymore, they are not dark in any way). Conclusion: >as DARK types, I'm don't like them at all >as EARTH types they would be perfectly OK as they stand now As for Avengers Assemble its still to much of trash even for Anime/Manga exclusive. Its one card 8100 ATK swarm card that can be used more than once without any cost. Plus it gives you easy access to Number 101: Silent Honor ARK or Castel, the Skyblaster Musketeer. Its something over Z-one tier. But still under D1000 tier. But as those are not situational, op, villain cards, Avenger Assemble puts them to extend that it should be accepted only without any cards that are named "Thor", "Hulk", "Iron Man" and "Captain America" in game. (Obvious no) Of course there are all kinds of OGG errors all over the place, but not to extend that make them impossible to understand the effects.
And with this you had proven that you turned toward fascism. Trough totalitarianism (taking democratic part of ruling customs) and basically forcing something, "because you want to", without significant knowledge in matter you force something trough. To make it even funnier, breaking on your way order you created yourself. Its actually funny to watch. Well for now I will just leave, because I'm not okay with fascism. Adios!
You have authority to put down group, with will make you in charge of accepting customs. That is what you can do in order to make your accepting overrule my vote right now.
You don't overrule anybody when it comes to customs. Moment you allowed existence separate organization within arena that will be in charge of ruling customs, you cannot just overrule it, as long as it exist. You are over it when it comes to stuff not associated with accepting customs. Of course you are welcome to join ruling, group, what will increase amount of people that vote on accepting customs. As long as you have any kind of argumentation to back up your vote.
Nope. I already explained why Jaden cannot overrule me. Now question is, what thought process Jaden went trough in his accepting it? Its already known that he have problems with making cards.
I think impossible just achieved itself. The One that is more blind to obvious traits that make customs bad, than Jaden is found. Do I need to exactly point you to bad things or you can try find them yourself? Also since page 51 of this arena all customs must go trough separate judgement to be acceptable to use in duels, except for ones that are for sake of testing said customs. Since GOPCACC was accepted by him, he lost that privilege to just choice that customs get in. PS. I have full time Shadow Realm immunity.
Eh... Some people don't learn. No to all of them. They are minimally better. Its a tiny, tiny bit, that almost nobody will notice.
Well I will just remind you that you kinda are not in position to approve or disprove customs right now. You are not part of official accepting thing, that was accepted by you. Just sayin. Ah... You would have win against me more than thousand times to make me change my mind with duel.
Alone, no. He would also need Brook for that. And I still believe that they are sane.
Because they make Qliphort, Nekroz, BA, Shaddolls and Satellarknights look bad, and DHD like they are not trying at all. Also do it look like last arena?
Well this will be quick. No to all of them. Do I really need to explain why?
If you want to wait one or two days then you can go on. Also Brook is one of the judges too.
Due to C107 we both get cards we used right from where they were at beginning of turn. So backrow he used returned, as well as my cards. And since they were used, I couldn't just say "hey now its anything I want it to be".
