The entire village was outside, according to them it hadn't rained in years. Falmer wwas also outside embracing the rain, he felt calm and collected, he wasn't tired or dehydrated at all. "This is a very good omen. Tomorrow will be a very good day."

Greeting: Hello my family.
Falmer was feeling tired and dehydrated after searching all over the village for a job so he returned to the inn to have a little rest. When he arrived, the same group of people who wanted to know him better where waiting outside the inn again. This time they didn't seem as scared, "Umm, we were wondering, could you answer somemore of our questions?" Falmer hesitated a bit, he was feeling dehydrated but it was only a few questions, "Sure, why don't we go to one of your houses to talk? It's very hot out here."
Vexen was pacing around in his lab thinking furiously on what he should do, "Come on, your the smartest one in the Organization, think!" Vexen gave up and continued with an experiment he had started a day before.
Falmer arrived at the small farm to take a look, Norman was right, it as small. Falmer didn't see how such a small farm could provide the farm with it's food, "This is a great responsiblity that has been thrust upon me, I shall not fail!"

Falmer began his job hunt around the village, Falmer found that the villagers weren't prejudice against him, they either had enough people or they didn't actually have a job to give. Falmer had searched the entire village but no one had a job, that is, when an old man approached him, "I hear that you want a job in this village, I've got one for you. Are you up to it?" "Well, it depends on the job doesn't it?" The old man chuckled a bit, "You are correct, here it is, I own a small farm on the outskirts of this village, it may be small but it provides the village with most of the food anyway, I've grown old and can't manage the farm anymore. That's where you come in, I am asking that you manage the farm, I will take a portion of your profits for my 'pension' so to speak, what do you say?" Falmer thought for a while and came to a conclusion, "Well I don't have much choice do I? I accept." The old man nodded and held out his hand for a handshake, "Good good, my name is Norman, come to my farm tomorrow morning and I'll go through what needs to be done." Falmer heisitated with the handshake, "I don't think I should shake your hand, unless you want frostbite."
"Ah Kyla! Don't worry they were just curious and before you ask I am keeping hydrated. I just need to find a task or job here in this village, I really want to be apart of this village. I want this place to be my new home, some people would say."

Falmer had found an inn and spent the night there, the human innkeeper had given him a strange look when he entered, Falmer assumed he had never seen an Ice Elf before. When Falmer woke up in the morning he opened his window and noticed a group of humans waiting outside, "Hmm, this is unusual." Falmer got dressed and went downstairs and outside, as soon as he went out the door the group stared at him. Falmer knew they wanted to ask him questions but they seemed unsure what to ask, so Falmer saved them the time, "My name is Falmer, I am an Ice Elf from the north. You may not have seen any of my people because they keep to themselves, anything else?"
