It is possible that if you had the default username and password for your router's page the settings have been changed from there, so you might have to change them back from within the router too. Go your router's page by entering the approprite IP in the URL bar, enter the details to login, and for the rest you can use google to find out because navigation there is different depending on the router. Now that I mentioned google, it offers some open DNS addresses for "victims". You could try to see if changing it to google's addresses fixes the problem. In the worst case you backup your important files (make sure they're clean!) and format the partition. And make sure that you install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware this time and regularyl scan your computer with it. In fact, I'd suggest you do the same before formatting.
I had played it just a little, gave up on the first boss because I only did 1 damage on him... that was many years ago, and after a few years I played it again, beat the boss but left right afterwards. It is quite nice with a unique battle system. It's worth playing if you have the time.

Really, think about it and think if it sounds so original. You think there are no viruses that prevent you from being online, one way or another? FBI is trying to show off.

Dishonesty? xD Here notes for all classes get shared between uni students, they get uploaded in the web or spread in various ways. Even professors spread notes to help us. When you are supposed to be in two classes at the same time, you must get the notes somehow. That's not dishonesty, it's a solution to a problem. I always knew Economics students were not the smartest people, but the fact that they haven't realised that this is a common-sense solution to pass more classes and not wasting time and money just makes them idiots. In our department we have some people who graduate faster than the normal time taken. We're supposed to finish in 8 semesters. Some people who pick classes from higher semesters will finish earlier but they will not take their degree until the normal time comes. In the meanwhile they can start their post-graduate classes or just scratch their balls till they bleed. Of course this has a big drawback, since to pass more classes means that you won't have time to focus much on them therefore your average might fall. If you pick a few classes, you can focus just on them, do well on the exams and raise your average.
Haha, economics... it's the easiest uni to finish. No surprise there :P And it's not a surprise that Germans would ask for money from people either.
