The game was released today and people like it a lot from what I've heard. A translation spreadsheet project has already begun, can be found here:

Anyone can work on it even with small knowledge of Japanese.

Oh, now that you mentioned demand, I did come across a petition for this situation, so if you have time you could sign it up. In my opinion it has very few signatures to even be considered by the developers.

Even without an international release it is quite possible that a translation patch will be created for the rest of the world. And even if that doesn't happen either, there must be someone who will write a walkthrough for everyone.

A new Digimon game will come out in Japan in the 19th of July, and many people consider it to be a remake of the first Digimon game for PSX due to their similarities.
    Check out the trailer:

The evolution of Digimon partners will depend on how players raise the monsters in the game. Players will also be able to compete against friends' Digimon or team up for cooperative battles.

Thanks to a certain incident, the 14-year-old bike loving protagonist got lost in the Digital World where Digital Monsters, a.k.a. Digimon lives. Nicolai "Nico" Petrov will be your rival who owns a stoic Mirage Gaogamon. Akiho Rindō is a cheerful and curious girl whose Digimon is the gentle Garudamon.

I don't think an international version will be released.

People don't like to think much nowadays. They want something easy and simple so that they don't have to put effort in understanding it. And I'm not talking for older people, in which case it's completely reasonbale to do so, but for younger ages (the age bounds become more and more wider every day). Extremely bad humour that produces stupid jokes and fake laughs is what people seem to like.
Combine that with promotion, which is one of the biggest methods to gather crowds. The promotion of garbage is currently in the highest level it has ever been.

I'm not sure who's stupider; the comments in the video, or the comments here. Fortunately I have settled with the fact that the biggest percentage of the world consists of idiots, so most times I pay just the minimum amount of attention required in order to feel a little bit better about myself, and not let the stupidity get into me. Needs some pretty good skills to achieve that.

Metabolisms differ. I can't put on weight easily, I have to go to the gym a lot and eat a lot if I want to do so. Other people tend to put on weight very easily just by eating, and I don't mean devouring whole farms, but having ordinary meals. Besides, most people here are from USA, which is known for its problem with obesity, so it's not very hard to find teens below the average.

They're not bad, just weird and if you're in a good mood you will enjoy them. In fact, they're better than some (Hollywood) movies that are supposed to be serious.
