I had a friend who wanted to kill himself because everyone at school was mean to him. He refused to go anywhere for any help and he continued getting more upset, mad, and scared. I was really upset about it and I talked to everyone who was mean to him and they didn't care. Finally, he decided not to kill himself because he knew I cared about him and was willing to help him get the help he needed. My advice is to try and get as much help for your friend as possible and make sure they know you care about them.
