When They Cry never struck me as too weird, just cuz I'm so used to saying "Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni". But for my non-Spanish friends who have trouble pronouncing that, I just say When They Cry. As for My Balls xDDD I had been on an online manga site and IMing my girlfriend at the same time, and I said something like "OMG ALEX THERE'S ONE CALLED MY BALLS! XD" I really didn't expect her to say she'd read it xD
