Just confirmed that you do NOT need to have KH2 data on your Memory Card to unlock the extra cards (Roxas, Demyx, etc.). I had Final Mix data, but not american KH2 data and I still unlocked the extra cards anyway.
The Spellbinder is in the 100 Acre Wood, where Tigger appears. You have to Glide to be able to get to the chest.

Is it possible to make normal Sora dual-wield without becoming unable to use Growth Abilities? All of the dual-wielding normal Sora codes I've used completely cancels the Growth functions. Is it not possible to just give him an extra Keyblade without it affecting his gameplay (other than the extra Keyblade attacking enemies)? Also, just wanna let the coders know that I'm still waiting for someone to re-find the Roxas's Keyblades code, just in case anyone needs an idea as to what to hack next.
Gameplay =/= Story. Seriously, why is it so hard for people to realize that? Just because Sephiroth is harder to beat than Xemnas doesn't mean that he is also the strongest storyline-wise, especially since Nomura said that Xemnas is the strongest foe Sora ever fought (take that, Sephy fans). Besides, have any of you actually played KH1FM? Everyone says that Xemnas is WAY harder than Sephy in that game. Anyway, I always thought Marluxia was the strongest Organization member after Xemnas.

Maybe you equipped EXP-Zero? I wonder if it also halts the Drive Form's leveling.
You have to equip a weapon that's not affected by the "coloring system" (you know, that thingie that changes your weapon's color in worlds that change your costume). Try using a code to equip a Struggle bat, for example. The game will work just fine if you do that.

No love for Holy Pumpkin? It's easily one of the best keychains in KH2, it is capable of causing much more damage than both Ultima AND Fenrir. Rumbling Rose is also pretty good.

In KH1, I always choose the wand then give up the sword (you can start the game with a really balanced character if you choose that). In KH2 I pick the struggle hammer (defense is good) and then always the shield (you get vital defensive abilities such as Second Chance and Once More earlier, so it's definitely the best choice).
