A person doesn't have to die for a Keyblade to choose a different master. Riku didn't die when the Keyblade passed to Sora. Also, I think that Nomura recently confirmed in an interview that Sunset Horizons is "connected to the future".
What about Riku's parents? Kairi's parents were at Hollow Bastion (if they were still alive) but we only see Kairi's Grandmother. Presumably all of their parents would've been considerably worried that they all disappeared without reason for over a year. Also, Riku, Ansem (DiZ) and Mickey never forgot Sora, but everyone else, including Kairi, did.
That's the Dark Keyblade, and isn't the same as Soul Eater/Way to the Dawn (which are the same Keyblade). Yes, the only three with Keychains are Sora's, Riku's and Mickey's in the centre (as confirmed by Nomura). Each of the knights are already holding Keyblades without Keychains before they pick them up. As far as I've seen, none of the ones that make up the crossroads have Keychains either, so they must have some importance.

You should be able to create a Mythril Gem. Make that and use a Serenity Stone as well.
It's very cool, although I think it may benefit from some sort of impressive writing in the left-hand side, even if it's just "Yuna".
