And you thought America's legal system was flawed? Here's the story: Is eligible for "weekend parole" in 7 years. Just recently, in Norway, a bear attacked a family on a vacation in the woods because she wanted to protect her cubs who were half a mile away, so they shot the bear, for just being a fucking bear. This guy kills over ninety people, sets off a bomb and can be out of prison walls in 7 years. Great job, guys.

...and I got worried. But I realized he watches it for the same reason I watched The Amanda Show, Sabrina The Teenage Witch and even Full House. ...hot chicks. :|
Like the title says. There have been a lot of games that have been praised to death by critics, some deserving of the praise, but others...not so much. So what game have gotten really good reviews, but yet, you couldn't figure out why? Me, I never saw the appeal of Bioshock. I thought it was really boring and repetitive. I mean, the story was amazing, and one of the coolest in a video game, but it was underused, and I didn't feel the immersion like I did in Fallout 3, or Half Life 2. I hated the art style as well. I also didn't like God of War III, for some reason, I just didn't like it. I was a huge fan of I and II, but I just didn't like the third. The ending was stupid and rushed, the final battle wasn't fun, or satisfying at all. It's a good thing I rented it.
Eveyrone has their own tastes, what they think is important, and what they think makes a good game. What makes a good game good? Is it the story, does it have to good graphics? Does it need to be fast paced, or do you like a laid back kind of game? I know personally, it's hard for me to play any game that doesn't have a good story and good dialogue. What about you guys?
