Wait... I think I might know a bit of a solution: Try unplugging the modem and plugging it back in after 5 seconds, it works for me sometimes.
The same thing is happening to me, but I think its a lot better than yours. My internet cuts out for a few seconds every 10 minutes, and it takes a while for my computer to find the connection again... -_-
