I prefer Twilight Town. For some reason, it's actually my favorite world. It has a nice, comfortable feel to it, it has nice music, it's bigger than Traverse Town, there's more to do, and Poster Duty is just addicting. Plus, Twilight Town has skateboards, a train, and a tram you can ride on!
Ahh, I can't choose! I can't wait for BBS, 358/2 days, or Re: COM. I'm glad Re:COM is coming out so soon. Doesn't seem many people care too much about Coded. :P
I know what you mean. It is a sad episode, even if I did want Kira to lose, but it was probably the only way the show could end satisfactorily.
I hate when things like this happen. When I was a little, naive child I heard about all the racism and slavery back in the day, and how people of different ethnicities were discriminated against. Since I was so small, I thought racism was over and everything was okay now. Obviously, as I learned many years ago, I was wrong about that, but every day I wish it was true. Poor guy! I agree with his wife--what is going through a person's head? I mean, everyone has a right to their own opinion. The most extreme thing I've ever done in regards to a person's fricking T-shirt is roll my eyes. What could possibly have led him to the solution that the man had to die? My guess is he's sick somehow. Completely agree. People should never be voting for a leader based only on their outward appearence, but alas, there are a lot of morons in this country. It's like in Fahrenheit 451 where those women voted for their leader because of his looks and because he had a nicer sounding name. Because of the media mixed with many other factors, a lot of people judge based on looks and don't think of what is actually going to happen to the country once a candidate is in office. I think Obama is aware of the fact that people will want to assassinate him, and it's a risk he's willing to take. There is not one single thing every person in this world agrees with, so any president of any ethnicity puts themself in jeopardy when they run. Look at Abe Lincoln and JFK. I really hope Obama doesn't get killed, but it is a possibility.
January 18th. =D
Whoa, I never noticed that! Good eye!
He's not a wimp, but he isn't as intense as the the Organization members, so that might make him seem a little less tough. He was definitely frustrating to fight, at least for me, so I'd say he's no wimp.
I don't know. I can't say if I'd just be one specific person. My friends call me Kairi because our names both mean "sea" and my friends think I'm the "purest" in their group...but I definitely have a dark side, so I guess a part of me is Riku, too. As for my anger issues, that'd be the Donald part of me. That's a pretty weird combination of characters, but that's my answer.
Avatar: 5 Sig 1: 6.5 (It's okay. The wolf just looks a tad constipated) Sig 2: 10. THAT IS AMAZING.
Oh crap...Disney Channel? This is horrible. It's gonna ruin the series, I know it. DC cartoons almost always suck. They better stick to the actual plot, or it'll go down the drain. If all the information Forever Love gives is true, then I'm a little more comforted, since it actually sounds kind of cool. Let's just hope they do it right. *crosses fingers*
Not Light. He lived with Misa for the longest time--and even if he didn't love her, it would be just like him to do it with her anyway. Besides, she wore those skimpy little outfits, and I'm sure she would get suspicious and think "her Light didn't really love her" if he kept refusing to have sex with her or something. Then, of course, Takada. Poor L. :( There's no doubt he was a virgin. I do agree that Light should have died. He had good intentions, but he went about it the wrong way and then he took it way too far. Soon it turned into not just killing criminals, but anyone who got in his way, anyone who defied him...
Misa from Death Note. Gosh, the English dub hurts my ear drums, and her stupidity irks me. All she cared about was Light (she was even willing to kill people for the guy) and I found it obnoxious that not just one, but TWO shinigamis fell in love with her/died for her. What exactly is it about Misa that is so alluring, shinigamis? Please enlighten me. Near could sometimes be annoying in the ways that he was such a wannabe L, but he wasn't as annoying as I expected him to be. Yumi from Chobits. I just wanted to strangle her while watching that anime. Also, why is a fifteen year old in love with a twenty-seven year old? May from Pokemon, as well as her little brother. All she did was whine, whine, whine. A disgrace to her Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald version counterpart (I can't play those games the same way anymore). Ugh, such a horrible Misty replacement...and her brother doesn't help anything. I'm sure there's more but that's all I can think of at the moment.
I get all nostalgic watching Pokemon, even if the show is kind of stupid, but it reminds me of my early years. Plus, the Pokemon games are amazing, and you can't forget about the Pokemon cards. I never watched Digimon or anything, so I guess it would be pretty unfair for me to say Pokemon is better.
Yes! I know what's on my Christmas list this year! Hallelujah! How are they gonna do Sora's voice? I mean...shouldn't he still be pre-voice change?
Wow, some people in the world are just...ridiculous. He just realized that hello had "hell" in it? It's really not a big deal. Next thing you know someone's going to refer to him as their "assistant" or "associate" and he'll think they're calling him an ass. XD
Oh, the UK cover is so much better than the US one! I'm jealous! But I am glad that she's publishing the book. I was disappointed when I found out that there would only be a few and that only some people were going to get it, but thank goodness for this. After the horrible change of release dates for the HBP movie (grr), this is something to look forward to. Can't wait for December!
I personally don't like the books. Yes, he wrote the book at fifteen, but he's not the only one. Plus, his parents are in publishing, so I'm pretty sure he didn't have a hard time getting his book on the shelves. They're filled to the brim with purple prose, the plot is unoriginal, the books were far too long and had so much unnecessary information (I practically fell asleep during Eldest), and Eragon is the ultimate Gary-Stu. Not to mention how obnoxious Arya is...but I liked the dwarf. What was his name again? The one that hung out with Eragon?
Wuthering Heights I'm only a few pages into it and so far it doesn't interest me much, but hopefully that will change soon because I've heard it's great. I'm really getting into nineteenth century novels (I read Pride & Prejudice and Jane Eyre this summer and adored both of them) so I'm guessing I'll like this one. Oh, and we're reading Julius Caeser at school, but my English teacher is sort of ruining the experience. My teacher last year was way better when we had to read Romeo and Juliet (although, I guess it is easier to make R&J interesting).
I am in the process of writing a book, and have been for about a year now. I'm pretty proud of myself, actually -- I'm on chapter nine and at almost 60,000 words. In fact, I should probably be writing right now...my characters like to bug me about it rathre frequently...and they won't shut up. ^_^
I honestly have no idea what I would do. Whenever I'm asked a question like this, I always say I wouldn't know unless faced with the situation. It depends on what I'm feeling at the time. For all I know, I could have the guts to do something like this, but then again, there's just as much chance that I would chicken out.
