Chrono too was getting tired of the various things being thrown at him, ranging from the lesser shadows that were practically gone at this time and this time the darkside had actually thrown Kal at him! Even if he managed to avoid getting hit head-on by him, he still got hit slightly. Once that was out of the way, he went to strike the darkside with another Ars Solum.

It did kinda suck that it seemed to be safer for them to take a boat as opposed to using their gliders and as curious as to how these gliders worked, if the explanation was as convoluted as Kaida said it was, then he wouldn't ask about it. "Well, there goes that idea." He said, mainly to himself but still loud enough to be heard by those in earshot of him.

With the keyhole sealed and them receiving their gift from Te Fiti, Kel returned the hug and wave that Moana had given them, Kel paid close attention to Marx as he went to work prepping the raft. He didn't know what it was he was doing for the most part, but it did appear as if he knew what he was doing. Which was reassuring to see and lessen his concerns on being thrown off a boat again. He was the next to make his way over to where Kaida had seated herself and said, "We do have our gliders, won't have to take a boat if we can use them." Come of think of it, did he ever use his glider to travel to worlds? They always seem to do that through very...unconventional means at times. Oh well, they were already winging this so winging one more thing wouldn't be too bad. Kel shrugged before looking out towards the ocean as well.

Chrono felt the air be knocked outta him from that one shadow, but remained standing. Though he did cough a few times as air refilled his lungs. "I'm good." Saying that in between coughs probably didn't help prove his case at all, but it would do for now. Soon as he felt as he had enough air back in his system, Chrono went forth lept into the air and struck at the darkside with a shockwave that formed upon landing and swatted away some shadows that had gathered around him.

Right away Kel didn't know what a 'communicator' was, but the context it was used it made it easy for him to figure out what they generally were. With that in mind, he agreed that having them would be very helpful with the number of times they ended up separated, both intentional and otherwise. "I'll keep that in mind." With hands raised behind his head and a quick glance towards the ocean then to Marx. "Does being a sailor mean you can tell if a storm's going to show up?" Kel really just hoped that they wouldn't run into any more storms when they did start sailing to. Regardless he would be sure to be in the middle of the boat this time around.

It didn't quite sound like AJ's method had completely helped Kaida, but she had said it was fine. Even if it wasn't, there was much that Kel could do about it. After all, he barely remembered Hikaru himself. Kel pushed these thoughts and hopefully, he wouldn't forget them in the time he went to respond to Marxs. "She may not be our leader, but I see no reason to disagree with her if you're willing to help us."

While Kel may have still been iffy on the seven guardians of light, but the princesses of light were a different matter. Not only had he been shown a list of them, and saved technically two of them despite not knowing one was a princess of light til afterward. Really either option didn't have too much appeal to him, but there didn't seem to be much he could do about it as implied by Marx. "Maybe, still unsure about it though."

Kel was surprised to hear what it was that was bothering Kaida, more so was how he did recall the events that she was referring and the person in question, but his mind was coming up blank in regards to any name. Kel thought harder on this and his mind ended up wandering back to his time in Deep Jungle and a certain blue suited male. Krowley? No, while it was true it didn't quite feel right for this individual. Something was telling him that at least.

Maybe...maybe it was his heart that was telling him this, much like AJ had said himself. In fact, the name that AJ had said sounded familiar, not only that but actually felt right. Right by what he assumed to be his heart telling him that. "Hikaru. Yeah, that sounds about right."

It hadn't been a fond feeling that returned to Chrono once the area around them had finished shifting into Eventide. Said feeling had only grown worse when the sky had darkened once more and the heartless themselves had appeared. In an odd sort of way, this would be a good thing as this had been the first real big battle that he had participated in. How easily he could handle this would show just how much progress he had made since that day.

Calling forth his keyblade and holding it so that the tip was pointing towards one of the massive clumps of shadows, Chrono started focusing on that spot as a cascade of light formed at the tip of his blade. The light seemed to have grown into an orb before firing off in a combination of Thundara and Ragnarok that struck both the shadows on the ground.

    Chrono used Thundara and Ragnarok

Kel hadn't been expecting the story of the crystals to be as extensive as it was, but regardless he listens and tried to understand as much of what he was told as possible. Unfortunately, between the names of people, events, and groups being thrown around, it was hard to get a complete grasp on them. In the end, he had a pretty general grasp on everything which was enough to follow along at the very least. "You sure that they're among us?" Kel asked. His doubt was more in towards himself than anyone else. That seemed to be a big role and wasn't something he trusted himself doing.

Taking himself away from his own self-doubts, for the time being, he noticed how Kaida seemed to be. To say the least, she looked distressed, having no idea why she was like this left him with no idea on what to say. Or if there was anything he could say right now.

There had been quite the story behind that book of Marx and even the crystals themselves were somewhat special. Kel had taken a look to them as he mentioned them being representative of the seven guardians like, which had confused him slightly. "How exactly do these crystals represent them?" They all looked the same to him which made seeing the representation even harder to spot.

The farmer paused briefly, seemingly double-checking his own instructions before shaking his head towards the group. "Nope, just follow my instructions and you'll be fine. Now I really must be going and I do appreciate ya'll going to all this trouble for me. " With a wave to the group and a kiss blown towards Fluffkins (who actually grimaced in return), the farmer had left.

Zephyr, whose attention had been spilt between the farmer and the alpaca itself, turned his attention to the group once he had left. "I suppose we should feed her first." Having never owned a pet, the uncertainty in regards what to do was strong. "Unless anyone else has a better idea." The floor was open and he was hoping that someone else would have something better to offer.

10,000 jewels weren't too much for her and she was quick to dig through her pockets to find the exact amount and hand it to the man. She returned the look that Everette had given her with a simple smile and carried on with her shopping. Said shopping really only being accepting the bag with the necklace and thanking the clerk. With nothing else, she returned to the other with her bag in hand. "See, that didn't take too long."

Vallus took a look at the two he had been grouped up with and while there were no feelings of relief or anything to that nature, the fact that he had been put into the same group as Koa was a benefit in some way. Lynn, on the other hand, he was still unsure about. More importantly was the supposed orb they were supposed to find. He had a hard time seeing how something so simple could be the key to defeating Nequa. "Fine by me." Was all Vallus had said before returning to his usual silence.

Kel understood that it was a matter of respect but overall didn't change that fact that he didn't bow. Instead of voicing it once again, he kept this to himself and instead watched Marx's write in his book. He remembered seeing him do the same earlier on their ride here and then thought nothing of it. Now though he was a bit curious as to what he was writing. "Is that book important to you?"

After the nudge from Aria, Chrono went on ahead and started looking at the machines suited for a group of their size or larger. Soon as he saw the name 'Kefka' Chrono immediately walked away from the ones for 5 people and looked at the next one. Looked challenging, but nothing outside of what they would (hopefully) be able to handle. "How bout this then?" Chrono offered, pointing to the 'Blast From the Past'.

For starters Kel had been relieved that once the actual fight had ended, all the of the flames were put out meaning that the flames that had been slowly burning him were gone finally. In the next instance, he was awestruck at the change in scenery as well as Te Ka turning into was appaerently the goddess Te Fiti herself. Both unexpected and pleasantly surprising excluding how they were technically trying to kill one another earlier. "Isn't bringing her heart back enough gratitude?" Honestly, that seemed like a bigger deal than just simply bowing. Though if anyone else had chosen to bow, then he would do the same.

"I can help with that too." Chrono said, making himself the third person in the group Aria had started forming. Tinarah had already taken it upon herself to go ahead by herself, not to mention she didn't seem to be in the best of moods after that meeting so perhaps this would be a good thing for her. Give her a chance to blow off some steam. Thinking about it wouldn't help, instead, he looks towards the other machines that weren't currently in use. "Which one do you want to try out then?"

Te Ka was definitely reeling after that last wave of attacks, which granted a moment of confidence in their chances of beating this beast. Even with the large amount of damage that Te Ka has sustained, it wasn't out of the fight just yet and with a mighty eruption, the skies darkened as smoke bloated out the skies and lava rained from the sky. Visibility lessens as the smoke that had fallen started to sting his eyes while the actual lava that had been falling from the skies was dealing it own fair share of damage.

Through squinted eyes, he still saw both Kaida and Stratos launching their attacks on Te Ka and with the conditions as they currently were, he decided to do the same. Once more Kel lept forward to attack, his keyblade glowing an assortment of colors before settling on a brilliant white. "Excalibur!" The blade of light struck its target while Kel managed to find footing on Maui's shark form, who had positioned himself underneath him after biting at the lava monster once more.

While ignoring the flames to the best of his abilities, it didn't help that overall that he was feeling pretty worse for wear as a whole. A few haggard breaths later and Kel felt the familiar wave of healing wash over him alongside the faint green glow. He glanced to see the same glow emanating from Stratos's keyblade. "Appreciate that." A thumbs up towards his friend and Kel shoued, "Hey Maui! You're up!"

Lazuli was relieved to see Auburn hop off of his hand before gradually returning to her normal size. She was silent about too, so he had barely been able to notice that she had done so in the first place. His hand soon found its way back into his pocket as Lazuli continued to scan around the area for any indication of them getting closer to the temple.

His efforts had been rewarded as they had arrived. The large body of water was fitting for the temple of the water guardian and the plants added a more natural feel to it. It all was so quiet and tranquil, which in a different scenario would've been a good thing. Right now, however, it was more concerning than anything. His hands grip the handle to his blade as he followed behind the others, this time he would be ready for anything that might jump out of them.

With little choice of his own, Vice was dragged along up until they had reached the temple they were looking for. Not being one to 'stop and take in the scenery' his attention was more focused on the path that had appeared in front of them. In fact, once it had formed he wasted no time making his way tot he front and walking onward.
