He took another glance at the group, the stranger's words echoing in his mind of how they had similar motives, then snapped his gaze back at the operator, who had just growled, his left eye turning red. He stared, little emotion present on his face, though he probably felt something, having uttered the words in little more than a whisper, "So that's what it looks like..."

Poke watched him curiously, his interest piqued at how his metallic arm functioned and fired at the ceiling. The doors opening gained his attention, and he followed Operator up the stairs. He took notice of one of the girls rushing up, but didn't pay much heed until he thought he felt something punch against the wall. Was it the girl? Questions for later, since right now, he was about to face his first enemy. And with a group of strangers, no less.

"I've introduced myself to you," he began, "isn't it fair you do the same for me? And what are the others capable of doing, in terms of fighting?"

    About Tifa's experience vs. Yang's
Tifa's FF wiki page states, which is the closest thing I could find to when she first began fighting, that she started taking martial lessons at age 15. Assuming Tifa is 23 in the DB, she'd have 8+ years.
It's tough to judge when exactly Yang began fighting, but we do know that literally all of her family have been hunters; Qrow, Summer, Taiyang. Also, at a young age, she'd apparently went on a trek that lasted hours in a search for a clue to her mother, all the while dragging along Ruby in a little wagon, so even at a young age she showed extreme resilience and strength.
Beacon is like college, 4 years while living in dorms. So Signal was probably like a highschool, which is also 4 years. So assuming hunters start training at 13, the age when people usually begin high school, Yang would have 5+ years of experience.
I'm gonna bring in another factor, though. Ruby Rose. We know that Ruby is a 15-year old huntress-in-training, also a prodigy, enough to skip to Beacon. She apparently began training at a young age when Qrow took her up under his mantle, so that probably explains her extreme skill. Even with an experienced huntsman training her, though, it seems unlikely that Ruby managed to get so far in just 2 years, so Ruby might've began before she was 13. I don't know if Yang ever had as good a teacher as Ruby did, but if not, then she likely started training at a younger age than Ruby. So it's possible that Yang has much more than 5+ years.
That's still around a 3 year difference compared to Tifa, but, like many people pointed out, there's also the difference in their styles.

How long would it take to run 5.3 miles while going 837 mph?
    I found out.
    837/60/60=.2325 miles per second
    .2325 x 22.79569892475 = 5.3
For some reason, I never thought to just do 5.3/.2325, I literally typed manually just typed in numbers until I got closer and closer and finally got to 5.3
    But yeah
It takes 22.79569892475 seconds to run 5.3 miles while going Mach 1.1, which is actually about how long it took for Barry to get to Girder, from the moment he runs to the moment he punches him, it's 27 seconds. But there's also slowmotion shots, so how long it actually took him to get there is probably much closer to 22.
I wonder if they intentionally filmed that scene to take that long.

Poke nodded in agreement, taking a glance at the others in the room, more out of paranoia than curiosity. After all, he knew nothing at all about any of them, only that they were stuck in this tower with him. What's to stop them from trying to kill each other? Perhaps the stress of being sucked into a completely foreign land was getting to him.

"Whether it be to see the ones we care about, or simply for survival, you are right; People want to live. I have to return to my duty as a guardian." Leaning against the wall, he crossed his arms, his eyes drifting down to the floor. "...I should let you know, it may take some time for me to trust any of you. Is there anything I should know about these people?"

I just got the idea to claim Jay Garrick from the T.V. show, too. Wow, that means I might be playing two Flash's....which would be really weird, sort of. We also know almost nothing about him for sure in the TV universe, buut just wanted to throw my thought out there

I just finished. For a premiere episode, that sure was a feels trip. Also, you make a really good point. I've got some ideas, mainly regarding the Flash ending up travelling accidentally through universes, but my mind's a bit too jumbled to make full sense out of them so I'll try and think of something tomorrow.

His eyes tracked the orb, and it stopped in midair, floating right in front of him. He grabbed it, and it enveloped him in an ice-blue aura before it disappeared in a flash, Poke's eyes closing. The other orbs were gone, too. When he opened his eyes, they temporarily glowed the same color as the Ice orb, and he smiled, breathing visible, cold vapor out of his mouth.
As the Operator went on with his explanation, he had Poke's complete attention, who found it slightly hard to believe such a thing was possible. A being as powerful as him trapped in such a measly structure? Then again, he'd run into similar situations before. "I...understand." Frowning, he sighed. "I need to get back to my world. If it means I have to destroy every single monster in this tower, then so be it."

The moment he mentioned there being a condition for him to get the orb, his fingers twitched. He felt...weak, threatened, without his full power, and being denied what was his made him want to just get this over with and fight for the damn thing. Fortunately, ten years of living among humans also bought him the knowledge that let him know how absolutely stupid such an action would be, so he bit his tongue and did his best to calm down.

One part of what the stranger said stood out to him. 'I have absolutely no data on you,' What did that mean? Did this person have information on everyone else in the room? And what did he mean, how he got through the doors? The tower practically let him in! Then again, he might have been looking at things with a view too restricted. Shelving those thoughts away, he returned to the subject at hand. Nodding, he took a deep breath.

"I am Poke, son of Arceus. And this place looks nothing at all like my home..." He gestured around him, but he was referring to more than just the room; He meant the area outside, too. "...so I suppose I must not be on my world anymore. I'm not completely sure how I got here. The last thing I remember..." His gaze drifted to the floor, the extreme battle he'd just fought in still sending chills down his spine. "...I was fighting for my planet, but I was losing. So I took a risk. In short, I created a black hole that swallowed up the enemy, but if nothing stopped it, it'd destroy my planet. So I flew in, and found myself outside this tower, in front of the doors. The tower practically welcomed me in; The doors opened on their own, and I found myself in this room." He gestured to the area around him.

"Now will you give me my orb, please?"

At the sound of a weapon being drawn, Poke's eyes widened and shined red. Pointing his arm towards Tessa, a red outline began to appear before he felt someone else press a gun to his head. He turned his head slowly, his inhuman eyes locked onto the masked individual as his arm lowered to his side, a snarl rumbling out from in his throat. Right now, he couldn't do anything without ending up with a bullet in his head, so it was best to just let things play out. Hopefully, this person wasn't trigger-happy. At the sight of the orb--his orb--within his hand, though, his brows furrowed in confusion.
    "What the--"
Stepping away from the stranger(Having forgotten he could shoot him at any time,) he turned away and waved his hand in the air. Four orbs appeared, each colored differently and sparkling with some semblance of an element. White, red, brown, and yellow. He looked around, as if there were more, but there wasn't. Just those four. "How...?!" Poke looked back at Operator, his focus completely on the Ice Orb as his hand automatically drifted towards it. No anger was on his face--Just genuine curiosity and confusion. "Where--How--did you get that?"

Huh, the exact same thing happened at my high school a few months ago. It's sad to see that there are more cases like this popping up, and that there are people hiding this information.

Waves of blue energy started to form outside the tower, on the grassy plains. It centered into an empty point in the air, more waves joining as a disc formed in the middle. It crackled with lightning, before shattering with a loud BANG!

Poke opened his eyes, finding nothing but a misty fog. "What?!--" In a panic, he looked around him, finding nothing but the grass, the fog, and some sort of structure behind him. It was tall, and it looked...dangerous. But there was something else about it, something that called out to him. "...What is this place?" His thoughts wandered back to home. What about the black hole? Did he stop it? Was his world saved, or had he failed his objective in life? All he could remember was circling around the black hole, and then darkness swallowed him up. Perhaps he'd been transported somewhere...And he got the feeling that the tower had something to do with it. He placed a hand against the door, and it opened on it's own. A bright light swallowed him up...

...and he found himself in a room with strangers surrounding him.

I'm leaning towards a more open crossover RP. I always did like having room for a lot more originality.
