"And one more thing, your majesty," Noroz said, sarcastically. "If you think I'll let you put your filthy hands on anyone, you had better think again." That's bull5hit... I hate when any company does this, gives someone a benefit based solely on their console. Is it because PS3 sales are lower on average than other consoles? Either way, idiocy.
No, but it gives a good pointer. A lot of people upgrade to W7, for example with an inadequate amount of RAM and CPU, leading to slow performance. Also, if you run with 2GB worth of RAM and a Pentium 4 CPU, it doesn't take long until it slows down.

... You can't expect people to be able to help you unless you give some information, it's possible your computer is crap, in which case that is the problem. Anyhow. Generally what you want to do with a slow computer is rinse it of all crap - spyware, viruses, etc. That is simple, just run a virus scan and remove viruses. Spyware is simple as well, just download a spyware remover. Additionally, you could upgrade your RAM, your CPU, HDD, etc.
Try reinstalling Flash. If that doesn't work, you might want to reinstall the audio driver.
I said your arguing annoyed me. The fact you found yourself insulted amuses me. Anyhow, I am done. Just a matter of time until this gets locked. I'll let yourself feel like the victor.
