Ansem's obsession of revenge would obviously be the key ingredient for turning him into a Heartless. I'd give him a few fake oppertunities to destroy the organization but make sure they all fail. Then, I'd show Ansem how Riku is succesful in using darkness. Ansem's anger could do the rest.

Ansem's heartless would be humainoid, just like Xehanort. Probably even more poerful than him.

Ansem's Nobody would be humanoid too, around the same power as Xemnas.

Hades is next.

I'd save Vexen because I think his death was so unfair. He just lost a battle to Sora and was wounded, when Axel just marched into the battlefield and destroyed him. I'd also like to save Zexion for the exact same reason.

That couldn't be too hard. Kill Simba and put some really worthless idiot on the throne of Pride Rock. Make sure the new king doesn't do anything right and turn the Pride Lands into the same state as it was in KH2. Then, after all this, let some hyennas kill her baby. The sorrow, the anger and the desire for revenge is sure to do the trick.

Her Heartless would probably be a living bone. She'd perhaps produce an Assasin Nobody.

I think that scene is the battle that Xigbar spoke of in KH2 Final Mix, so I agree that THIS scene probably takes place in the past, but that doesn't mean the whole upcoming game does. If it does, Sora getting a letter from Mickey at the end of KH2 would be really pointless.

I'm sure aliens exist. After all, I believe that the universe is endless and if it is, it's just stupid to think that the Earth is the only place in in where life can be found. However, I highly doubt aliens will ever come to Earth.

You need to beat him, yes, but the first battle against him results in him fleeing into the door to Kingdom Hearts, so he hadn't been completely destroyed. And there still were traces of Xehanort's Heartless inside Riku's heart.

That voice was useless anyway. It just randomply spoke to Sora in KH1 and near the end of the game, Donald and Goofy can't hear it, so it's talking about Sora and no one else.

I had numerous guesses about who it was. Mickey, Kairi, Xehanort's Heartless, DiZ, Xemnas, even Yen Sid. Who do you suppose it was, anyway?

When I first fought the armoured Xemnas, I didn't even realize that it was Xemnas.

Your theory is very good and I wouldn't be too surprised if at least some of it was true. However, I don't think Terra looks much like Xehanort (he looks more like Lexaeus to me).

Also, if your theory is correct, Square Enix is sort of reusing an old plot twist (revealing that our old antagonist isn't who we thought he was).

There is one thing that doesn't work in your theory, but if I'm just not paying attention, ignore me.

Actually, I had imagined that some third force other than Heartless and Nobodies would appear in the upcoming game..... and there is one thing that supports it.

Near the beginning of KH2, Naminé leaves some picture behind after Riku and DiZ drag her off. If you look closely at it, you'll see that there are three symbols on it: The Hearless symbol, the Nobody symbol, and if I remember right, there also was a third symbol, although I don't remember what it looked like. Perhaps that third symbol is the logo of the third force, if it exists.
