How weird O_o I'm really sorry! It seems like a lot of people are bad. Like... I guess, you've just had bad luck in relationships. It's so rude that people just date on whims like that, and throw away the other person right away.

Just take your time, and stay yourself. You'll find someone great for you eventually. =)

It was a very AWKWARD trip to the mall. XD I was so embarrassed when my friend asked him! And then they decided to drag me into Victoria's Secret to force me to buy some lingerie to wear for my "new boyfriend" >__< I didn't, of course. XD

Hopefully I can get together with him for coffee (or, I should say, a drink. Coffee = gross XD) on Saturday. And thanks, Darkwatch =) lol!

And now it's come to an end. -sigh- I barely had a chance to get to know him. And I don't know why but it's affecting me a LOT...

They're all happy about it. XD My friends are actually the reason I'm talking to him; one of them went into GameStop when we were at the mall and asked if he's gay and for his number ^__^;;; it was embarrassing, but... a good thing! lol.

    Neuter the dog, definitely.

Also important, TRAIN the dog. Don't hit them, unless it's a quick smack on the snout. Also, spraying them with some water from a spray bottle helps to discipline them as well.

I think, if anything, it should be called "American anime" or "anime-style cartoon".

I honestly see nothing wrong with it, as long as it's not used excessively; if it's an occasional swear word, it's fine, but if every other word is the f-word, then that's just obnoxious.

A lot of people have been saying things such as "She shouldn't have had it in there", "it's not a dating place", "what is she trying to prove"...

Well, the purpose of the profile attatched to your Gamertag is to tell a little about yourself, what you find important to you. If she thought that being a lesbian was a big part of her life (or hell, even if she just wanted to play with open-minded people), then I see no reason for it not to be there. The same argument could be made if someone put "I love RPGs"... "What are they trying to prove by saying they love RPGs? They're there to play, not to talk about themselves, it's not a social networking site!".

EDIT: I'm now SLIGHTLY more appreciative of Microsoft. Slightly.

I think this is absolutely terrible. Instead of banning the people who constantly harrassed this girl, they instead ban her; as far as we know, she just mentioned she was a lesbian in her profile. Nothing offensive. Microsoft claims that they would do the same for anyone who has something about their sexual orientation in their profile, but... I personally find that really hard to believe. What if a male put "loves his girlfriend" in his profile? I highly doubt it would cause a ban for that player.

I saw a lot of comments on Kotaku about things like, "It had no place in her profile!" or "It's her fault she got harassed, she said it!" but... that's just making excuses, in my opinion. A profile is a place to put what you want to express yourself as long as it's not meant to offend anyone; having something like "I'm lesbian" could just be her way of expressing herself.

I've seen potentially offensive names on Xbox LIVE before, yet of all the things that get banned, THIS is it?

    What are your guys' thoughts?

Don't worry about looks. Worry about personality.

Yes, looks are important, but an average-looking girl could be way better for you than a really really pretty one.

As for what you can do to stop the hurting... just distract yourself. Go out with friends, play video games, do all you can to stop it. The only way it'll truly go away is time, but... until then, distract yourself.

XD I know the feeling, I really do! It's fine to get online every day. Even if you spend all day on the computer occasionally, it's not healthy to do it every single day.

Just limit your time on the computer by going out with friends (even if they're going to move), and making new friends! That's the best you can do. =)

Just try and get out there and do more. If you have friends you can still see, see them when you can. If not, go out to like an arcade or something and try to make friends, or even at the mall or something. All you gotta do is just get out there and make a life for yourself. Sitting at the computer is nice; it's not a horrible thing to sit around on it all day, as long as that's not all you're doing every day. =)

    Breathe, and stay calm.

    -Take the SAT and/or ACT
-Consider what you want to major in
    -Begin applying to colleges
-while doing that, be sure to consider if you will live on or off campus
-Begin applying for scholarships, or at the very least looking for them; it's more important to apply for them as you get closer to college (aka, senior year).

When you get to your senior year, make sure you fill out the FAFSA once it becomes available.

I personally don't like the use of "***", but meh, whatever.

    On-topic:
I don't think it's an anime. Anime, in my opinion, is animation made in Japan (or, at the very least, by Japanese people). If it's something like Avatar or Teen Titans (which are American in origin but anime-style), then it's an anime-styled cartoon.

I wouldn't say not to teach high school... just teach advanced courses and you should be fine. In my experience the students in advanced courses tend to be much more mature.

I got an 1860 on my SAT, and a 30 on my ACT. Both were my first-time scores.

Console sales are going down in Japan, for whatever reason; many people prefer the portable consoles. That's why so many games are being made for them.

I like a balance of the two, though face is more important than body. I would date someone with not-the-greatest body if they had a wonderful face (and wonderful personality), but if they were the hottest person alive yet had a horrible face... I wouldn't be able to look at them :p

Well, I mean, I won't ask him straight-out if he's gay. I'll talk to him first and stuff, and if I'm lucky I'll get the courage to ask his name or even his phone number if he's friendly enough, but probably not. xD In case he ISN'T gay, I don't want to make him uncomfortable by asking.

I went again. He was there! He remembered me. Kind of XD I asked if they had the Tales of Vesperia guide, and he said that he remembered me asking last time too. My friend didn't finally ask him... she chickened out too! XD

I didn't really make small talk though -_-;; tooooo nervous. But my friend said he was looking at me when I was looking through the games. And I saw him look at me once.

Geez. I feel silly thinking like this... "Oh, he remembered I asked for the guide!"... means nothing. XD But oh well~ we'll just have to see. -crosses fingers- at least I found out his name!

I know this is total, like, necrobumping and double-posting, but I just wanted to say...

    he IS gay!

I won't directly ask him if I see him again. I'll just make some small talk, probably. If anything, it'd wind up being one of my FRIENDS who ask him. -_-;; I don't plan to ask him.
