In a little over a month Dinny and I will be seniors, and since I'm gonna be first to get back to school I call dibs on leading the seniors movement. Cat you can co-lead with me since you ran the juniors movement BUT LOOK AT THIS: Since Oswin and Clara are the same person, and Dinny and I are both the Doctor as well, we're all leading up the movement. This is why I think Doctor Who can't always pull off successful horror stories, unless the monsters themselves have enough impact to haunt you long after such as the Vashta Nerada, Silence and of course the Weeping Angels, since they feed off of basic primal fears (shadows, forgetting and looking behind you/blinking respectively. If there's any exception to that, it would be the episode Midnight, since we never did find out the truth about the monster there. Spoiler I'm not sure, but I think his answer had a double meaning? Maybe he meant it about Clara just as much as he meant it to be about humanity as a whole. You know, how they adapt and evolve, how they practically go out and colonize the universe- that human spirit that must still be a mystery even after over a thousand years of dealing with humans.

Agreed on all counts, maybe except for how The Doctor is coming to terms with his past. He did what he did to beat the Parasite God, though I doubt he will ever learn to accept everything that has happened. The very name of the show hinges on the fact that we don't know his name, it really probably won't happen. On to Hide now: Spoiler It was nice to see things sort of slow down a bit, go from the big blockbuster type episodes to something a little more intimate; small cast and a focus on the characters. Emma and Prof. Palmer with their parallels to Clara and the Doctor were charming, and overall I liked the way this one was written. Too bad Hila was just there as something for the plot and had barely any development, but I guess that's what happens when you only go by about three seconds on your timeline for most of the show. (Plus the TARDIS - Clara interaction is just absolutely cute) About Clara though, so now we know she's not hiding anything, or at least nothing she's conscious of that an empath can read.. Does anyone think that maybe whatever the reason is that she pops up in other parts of space and time is something that will happen to companion Clara on her travels with the Doctor?

For those who have read the books, do y'all want the story to go down the same way into Mockingjay? Because in my opinion Mockingjay kind of went around in circles and I wouldn't mind subtle deviations and changes. I know this thread's about CF but it's related I guess? Anyways, yeah quite excited for this one, I really enjoyed the book and I really hope the movie gets the message and the overall vibe of it. Also, think it's too much to hope for music as good as Safe and Sound? Coz that song was just incredible.
