Sasha softly nodded at Poke. "Sasha. Pleasure." Not turning her head at all as her eyes were fixed on the fight, ever so ~~~Staring~~~ like a bird eyeing its prey. Though how it ended concerned her. She narrowed her eyes. "Why...this fight was easy...too easy...He could kill the block-headed human easily..." Something didn't add up. She didn't like one bit of it. He had something up his sleeve. Why would he tell them of a secret passage? Did he really want them to move over to the Lustor district? If so, what was there waiting for them? She starrrrrred at the girl heading towards the square. "Poke...stay here. I shall follow the girl in case she does something stupid like many of these humans like to do." It sounded like she was giving orders to a dog, but she headed off before he could respond. The woman sighed. She could hear that lumbering undead from meters away. She stayed quiet so she could see Xerxes do his work. The way he handled things...somewhat brought enjoyment to her eyes. Probably because no one here smashes skull heads into bits and pieces only using their hands. Though the message it carried made her frown and tap her head. "General Orpheus...the big man himself asks you for help? Usually, I would call him a lazy-ass or something...but taking all into consideration..." She peeked out one of the small cracks on the wall. "If he needed to cut off the Human District AND ask you for help for this "boy", then it must be a big deal. Very big indeed~" She tapped her fingers. "I don't think it's false. All of this going on seems to give his words truth. But...the intention is still unclear. I'm thinking he's just buttering you up to make this seem more favorable to you. Do what you will with this offer. I would personally go up to the General himself for all the details before making the decision."
Besides my mom, dad, aunt, and uncle, I know nothing else of my family. Sadly, my Mother's family which is basically her mother and father were left behind during the Korean War and my Father's parents already passed away before I was born. Kinda sad, but I don't mull over it too much. Not to mention I don't know much about my parents either. All I know is that my father was in military and my mother was in college. Besides that, nothing much else in their lineage.
Sasha turned to the boy next to her with a long ~~~Stare~~~ before turning back to the fight with the humans and Feo. "Feo is madly unpredictable and sly...it's near impossible for a mere human to conceive his thoughts and even his movements. Even I don't have the mindset to follow his ideals and motives. Which is why it makes him a dangerous opponent..." She tapped her fingers together. "As one sided this fight may be, I will have to intervene. He it too dangerous to continue his rampage." She narrowed her eyes. Hunter...or whoever is getting his ass kicked is losing momentum. He was gonna be priority number one should he start to play more foolishly. Her hands rested at her sides, watching them fight like a referee in underground brawls, looking for that one move that would trigger her reaction into the fray. Maye giggled and twirled around a random key she picked off from one of the key holders. "I wouldn't get smashed very easily. Even with a man much bigger and stronger than me." She placed the key back in it's holder. "Why of course. Though I don't think it's gonna happen. No one is foolish enough to put a contract over your head. They know I don't do stupid contracts. Why would I go after the Warden? The man that punishes criminals and brings..."justice" to the district? Only a convict would put that on your head." Her eyes narrowed and put on a cold tone. "Those kinds of people don't deserve to stain my blade. I'd rather feed them to the dogs or even some mad Lustors." She quickly swapped over to her bright (?) tone. "Don't worry my precious Warden. I'm the last person you would think that would go after you~ I love my job, but I'm not stupid~"
"It's like Uncharted With guns~" In all seriousness, I'm somewhat skeptical. FC3 left a GOOD impression and it will be hard to top that. Vaas was an AMAZING villain in that game. If the new villain in this game tops that, then this should be a no brainer buy for me. Just at the box art, he already has that aura of crazy and manipulative schemes. Hopefuly it translates once we see some gameplay at E3.
Better board the hype train Choo Choo~~~ Bluhh what do I say about this game. I loved Bastion and this game should be no less to Bastion. It just looks AKGNSALNGVNSEAJGNVJAKE Time to dust off my PS4 and start playing this bad boy (or girl lel :>) till Watch_Doges comes out c:
Maye smiled, giving the bars one more tap. "I don't doubt it. All this chaos makes it easier to find her eh? Though it's gonna be bad for the human population. Shame...they were a large portion of my contracts." She slid out her dagger and gave it a small twirl before slipping it back into its hidden sheathe. "But you gotta do what you gotta do right? Also..." She cocked her head. "You should be careful. Making yourself known too much is bad. Because one day...someone will contact me to get you. I don't want to do that to my favorite contractor. You don't ask a lot of questions. Everyone else does. It's such a shame that I have to dispose them sometimes because they get too much on their hands~" She leaned back against the stone wall. So much for an awkward presence. Mostly everyone was too busy with the new kid and all the talk about the whole conflict with zombies and whatnot that she was somewhat left alone. It really made her question how Humans prioritize (If you really think about it, a random girl most likely being a Lustor walks into a building full of humans would freak out at least a few). But whatever. She decided to follow the people towards the wall. "Probably not a good idea...it's a trap... At the wall, her predictions were right. Feo was there. She had a good idea of his personality. Wild. Unpredictable. most of all, dangerous. She stood in a shade and watched the scene. She wouldn't act reckless like the humans. "Pity for Humans...He will murder them both..." Though she wouldn't let it happen like that. If one was in serious trouble, she would intervene. For now, she would watch from the back. ~~~Stare~~~
"Too hot to go back anyways...and he left a mess as well too. Humans...they should at least clean up after themselves, lest in their own District." She was half following, half cleaning the bloody mess Hunter left behind all the way to he bar. "I could ask him politely to give the body back. It's unwise to let a Lustor body to rot...blood is bad for human health. Then again, he is rather violent, but I did do a service for him. What is it that humans call it? "Indebted?" At least soldiers won't follow. The're so irritating to handle. Even for Lustors..." ~~~Stare~~~ Reaching the bar, she "peeked" into the bar. By peeking, it meant just standing there with her head popped into the entrance, scanning the room. "Lots of humans here...perhaps related to breakout? Look too well armed and tough to be regular citizens. Perhaps a simple hello would suffice. That or they could retaliate violently. Hope he won't be too angry if I accidentally break his weapon." She set down her bags of food to the side before quietly shuffling into the bar. She giggled and leaned against a old wooden table. "Please...no need to act so formal around me. We're much closer than that. Just "Maye" would suffice." She reached into her jacket and pulled out multiple slips of paper, written with names and descriptions of people. "Casual chatter would be nice, but you're too stiff to hold one. Even with a casual mind like mine. Same payment as always can work." She ran her hands along the bars of the empty cell next to her. "Is she still wiggling through your mind? Feeding your burning heart to see her behind these bars again?" As talented as she was, she had her limits. He did ask her once to track the girl down, but she knew when to know if a job is not worth handling. "What makes you think she's even still alive? She's a fragile girl. And a seriously wanted one. Personally by the Warden himself. Anyone with a sane mind would've turned her in by now."
~~~Stare~~~ The purple haired girl watched all the craziness fall everywhere as guards were summoned to search the entire human district for the escapees. "They should at least tell some of us to help. Escaped prisoners are bad~ Especially if it brings this much chaos and concern to the city. Maybe if I find them, I can get a nice reward. Yayyyyyy~" Of course saying all of this with little emotion was odd. Word has already spread of the Human District being cut off from access to food and daily needs just to find the prisoners. "Hmm...I should go home and prepare. Feed the neighbors too if it has to be. It's gonna be a loooooooong few days." She turned on her feet and started to make her way back to her house until she spotted a human dragging a torso of an alive (now dead) Lustor through the gates it appeared. "One of them...those that believe they're strong enough to find pleasure in killing our kind...no different than the worst of our kind~" She continued to stare at him bringing the body into the district. The scarlet-haired woman made her way through the Lustor District, on another errand again. After a day of doing favors, she sighed, going into the lass populated area of the district. "You think a woman should spend more time chatting and eating. Whatever...I was gonna come here sooner or later anyways~" She walked up to the prison entrance, smiling at the somewhat nervous guard at the door. "Hello sir. May you let a fair lady like me come through here? I have someone to meet and would love-" "I'm sorry m'am, but all prisons are under strict orders to not let any non-officials through." Maye pouted at the guard. "Aww cmon...I'm just here for a simple meeting with a fellow...acquaintance of mine. It wouldn't take more than 10 minutes of your time to let-" "My orders are absolute...Snake. No one gets in or out without official authentication." She sighed and gave him a hard look. "Gonna play hard with me huh? Two can play that game..." She leaned in close to his ear. "Your lovely wife and two beautiful daughters are gonna suffer starting tomorrow morning. The Human District will start to rot from the inside within days before the fugitive is returned. Within a week or two, your family will be on the streets, fighting for scraps of bread. Maybe they'll get too ill to even go out to get even the smallest of ingredients..." She handed him a rather large bag of gold. "I would start buying food and preparing for the long fight. It would be heartbreaking to see that family of yours crying in the streets...right dear sir?" The soldier gulped and grabbed the bag of gold with a shaky hand. "You have ten minutes. Make it fast." She smiled and gave him a nod before slipping into the dark prison. Most of them were normal criminals, doing small deeds of theft and robbery. However, one cell was left empty. Full of chains. She made a small whistle to a dark corner of the prison. "Helloooooooo there~ Where's my favorite warden at around here?"
Buhh I couldn't think of any good powers for her so I just placed her as a human instead X_X
Everyone has either seen, heard, or even done business with Maye before. And for a good reason too. She's one of the best in her area of work. She is also known as the Joker on both races. Her history is shrouded in mystery. No one really knows what she was and what she is now as she never tells anyone herself. It's something she's planning to take down with her and die with it. Weapon: Poisoned Dagger Starting Location: Lustor District Other: Hangs around the Lustor District a lot despite being the fact she's a human. Theme: *Insert some sp00ky song here*
"Easy way out of this madness? Take a gun to the head and pull the trigger. One less for us to kill as well~" A old wooden sign stood tilted in the dirt ground. Covered in many blood splatters and handprints, it's hard to see the faint words of "Welcome to Neostice" under all the mess. A faint groan and a zombie stumbled around the sign, following the scent of flesh in the air. Flesh that is fresh and still very alive. It grunted and turned it's heard towards the road leading into the city. ~BANG~ The zombie's head exploded like a watermelon, spewing chunks all over the floor before the headless body crumpled to the asphalt floor. The shooter, slowly made her way over the body, firing another revolver round into it's heart area before flipping her gun open and loading the two bullets she fired. "You think the guards would do something about this wandering very close. Well one isn't to bad I guess..." She raised her visors and stared at the city in the distance. "Neostice. Still standing that's a good thing. Hopefully they have what I need. If not...at least it as a place to stay..." She trudged along the road to the city, every now and then shooting glances if there were any other stragglers. One almost took her head off. Good thing her katana was in arms reach.
Yea the whole 60 FPS/1080P kind of stuff makes me somewhat doubtful. Usually, it's CLOSE to 60, but not quite there. And it does hit 60, but onlyif you really do nothing and not much is happening on the screen.
“Nothing burns like the cold.” "Too sunny today...should stay inside for remainder...but must get materials..." The purple haired girl trudged along the streets of the human district reluctantly, avoiding all the spots of direct sunlight on her way to the marketplace. "I hope mother and father are doing well...in this cursed weather..." She continued along, wearing her usual outfit of a thin tunic and a somewhat shorter than usual skirt many would wear at all seasons of the year. As she walked along the crowded streets, many who noticed her, made way for her to go along the shaded side of the street. Many humans know of her presence. Unlike other Lustors, they leave her alone because she does little to harm or disturb the humans for the most part. One did pick a fight with her and his fate ended in a cold conclusion. At the market, some vendors treated her well as she was a regular there every week, buying food and tools for her daily needs. "Thank you..." She grabbed her few bags of food and materials and faced towards the walls of the Luthor District. "Much intimidation from he Luthors...Very obvious the humans live both in fear and anger..." She turned back and started to make her way back to the inn until she heard the bells towards the direction of the prison. "Hmm...no public executions held today...Something drastic at prison perhaps?" She turned on her heel and decided to make a small detour to the prison before heading back to see what the whole thing was about.
Ah okies. I shall fix that right up~
Looks like funnnnnnn~ Weeeeeee~ Username: Prince_of_Hearts Character Name: Sasha Rhys Age: 20 Gender: Female Appearance: Spoiler I totally did not use her picture just because she is my waifu and she fits well into this character Bio: She was an odd girl. She never had friends, both for humans and Lustors alike. Many stayed away from her due to her cold demeanor and inability to react to anything emotionally. For that reason, she was mostly alone, usually only her family that stayed with her. As cold as she is, she didn't agree to mindless killing. For that reason, she slipped away from the Lustor District and found a "home" in the human district, usually found in a small room in one of the many inns. She still is unsure on her life, but she will not stand by the king's rules. Primary Power*: Cold Heart - She can freeze her blood and form large claws made of ice around her hands to fight. Inherited Power*: Ice Skin - Her skin is stronger than a human's being a they are embedded with tiny ice pieces, able to deflect strikes to her if the blows aren't powerful enough. This effect is doubled in cold weather or conditions. -limit - In contact to hot weather or fire, she is twice as susceptible to all forms of damage. Weapon: None though her claws count (I suppose?) Starting Location: Human District Other: OK FINE I BASED HER OFF MIZORE. HAPPY? =3= Theme: 2deep4me
-I believe you should focus on both sides. Each side sounds interesting to be in. Though if you already have a conclusion set out, then you may start to play favorites (see end) -Slots shouldn't be limited unless you don't want the cast to be extremely large. -Starting at the beginning may take too long. On the other hand, the end of it may feel rushed. A middle start should suffice. -Unless you're gonna incorporate lots of RNG stuff, stats, ect, this should fit fine in the normal RP section -I agree. You make it seem like the humans are inferior in EVERY way possible (talk about nonchalant godmodding lol). I think maybe a different story plot is needed or at least modified On the first two points (and the last point), RPs should be created along the way (in my opinion). If you already have a set of plans, then you'll be forced to make decisions some people wouldn't be favorable of. RPs should be flexible and everyone should have a large part in influencing the story of the RP. For the story, it has some flaws. You make the humans sounds REALLY crippled and I'm assuming a random plot twist is gonna change this around (plox no gritty plot twist ><). I like the war idea, but using the Oz theme won't really work in my opinion. This story seems like it needs a lot of plot throws to keep it interesting. As an alternative change would be superior weaponry. Since magic users have no needs for weapons due to magical strength, they don't use highly advanced weapons or vehicles. Humans, however had to adapt to this large difference and are far better equipped in terms of powerful weapons. Even then, that's not enough to carry this RP. A war setting is kinda overused. It's gonna need an interesting plot to follow like a third party coming in and changing the course of the fight or maybe a greater enemy arrives and the two groups are forced to join forces in order to remove this threat. Sorry if I sound too stern. I don't mean it XC And don't take my words to heart. These are suggestions I learned on my long journey on this site.
I'm mostly straightforward. I tend not to use ambiguous symbols to express myself. I also don't text talk mostly because I never texted in my life. I usually have smilies in my posts because most of the time, my words seem stern and serious which I am not. I'm a very lax and cheerful person. I use smilies a lot to make my posts a bit less serious and stuff. Though sometimes I use smilies that could make someone scratch their head or two like :< - Similar to the :c or sad faces. Basically a pout or a sad face =3= - Kind of an annoyed face >_> - "Really?" kind of face usually aimed at a certain person :3 - Some see it as a cat or somethin. I just use it as a happy tone and stuff.
I tend not to get my hopes up in a CoD game. However, at least in the campaign, they seem to take it in a different direction. More of a MGS 4 style. It really intrigues me. I really haven't invested a lot of time in CoD besides MW2. I MIGHT pick this game up just to see where the campaign takes us. Multiplier can shift my view if it does not incite me to play it.
Merp hopefully it looks better~~
