Copyright laws in general are gray areas. You can let friends borrow the game you bought. They just can't make backup copies. However it's easier to distribute ISOs than DVD discs. NO you can't because not only would that be illegal, but that would be too much space on my hard drive. I rather have a Blu-ray disc to hold all that :P Also in order to extract everything from the iso I would need a PS3 anyway that has CFW because there are no PC programs that can decrypt Sony's encryption yet.
