I think he means it's upresolutioned and the widescreen value is hacked the same way we do it. Make it possible to just have those zoomed in cutscenes. Which it is because PCSX2 widescreen zoomed in on FMVs, so cutscenes so apply to that too.
The command menu is usually just a bit wider. It looks kinda narrow, but it's really good.
But it looks so good on 1.5! I got used to it. :D On a serious note, I am re-doing Halloween Town. I shall finish and re-upload it today.
