No this form (made by me. ^^) is for Final Form. It replaces the Oblivion with the Darkside and when the screen dims down when changing into Final hold down L2 or R2 to change that room from dark to light. It also makes Fianl look like Anti. No reverting is necessary

I made this. It is Wisdom's arm mods so he has finals. It gives him 2 blades but the 2nd is invisible and con not be modded

Porting is not the same as converting. In order to port you need a dump for both regions and then pretty much re-hack the code. So all you gotta do is find those lines in the fm dump and then match them up to lines in ntsc
