I hacked the one riku ally you requested for kh2fm, but if you that serious about wanting to learn how to do it yourself I made a tutorial on it since the original that someone else made was delete by that same guy who made it. Just bare with me in the video ima bout to post cus I have tourettes syndrome so it makes it hard to get my words out that I want to say at times. :-\ It says kh2fm but the method explained in that video also works for NTSC U kh2 as well, I wouldn't have posted it here if I knew it would only work for kh2fm, the only difference is that the addresses and data will look different for the NTSC U version but the processes of hacking them is the same for both games the only form you can't hack for the NTSC U version is limit form obviously. You can also watch it in 1080p if you were to view it on my actual channel but I won't get into all that on here.
I will post another warp code from a different list I have when I have access to my mom's computer, cus my computer is temporarily un-usable right now till I can get it fixed, unless of course someone beats me to it and helps you before hand, sorry for the inconvenience with that warp code, that seems the be a common issue a lot of people have with that warp code, hell even I have that issue from time to time, so yeah it's a very common trial and error with that code.

I worded that wrong, you need to have the form or forms you wish to drive into already in order for it to work. Doesn't mean you need every form, just the ones you want to drive into, like I mentioned earlier. Either way the code is pretty pointless regardless.

What condition was your ps2 in when you bought it, was it refurbished or was it new, if it was refurbished then there's a chance the laser that reads the disk is damaged or no good, try other disks besides codebreaker or action replay, if no other disks work then its possible you have a bad laser.
