Not to be the wet towel on the anti-trump hype train, but I don't really think someone being creepy with their daughter as a reason (or not a reason) to vote for them. To be rather honest, a lot of complaints I see have next to nothing to do with running a country and I am actually floored that there is a gigantic 'circle-jerk' (for lack of a better phrase) with complaints that have more to do with "being a person you like" than "knowing how to run a country".

Don't get me wrong, I am not a Trump supporter. I do however scratch my head at the constant meme-filled echo chamber that people are putting themselves into. I'd be shocked if a majority of khv (that are old enough to vote, are registered, and live in the states) would vote for Trump. Now I get that (especially based on the title) this is essentially a Trump complaint megathread, and if there is enough demand for something like that then fine by me, it is just interesting to see places like twitter, *insert social media platform or community here* talk about "how bad Trump is" when chances are if any of them were going to vote Trump, they would either not be on that platform to begin with or just not share their thoughts or opinions because they'd get torn to shreds by all the people who hate the guy.

Once again I am not saying I am a Trump supporter, just a guy who is confused at the whole echo chamber thing.

An example of my point with the whole echo chamber thing...It's not that I don't think there are HUGE issues with Trump and how he wants to run things, rather I feel like a lot of the complaints are either misguided or strictly fueled by personal opinions/feelings. Not saying feelings or opinions aren't important, but at least to me I'd say "hey let's talk about how in the first debate Trump talked about idk....wanting to commit war crime". Seems like a bigger issue than "huur Trump is a perv and thinks his daughter is H-O-T, what a creep".

Lulu (FFX) also actually has a moogle doll, so I don't really see why anyone would really go super up in arms about something like that. Tbh if the one horrible thing about FFXV is the "lackluster inclusion of proper moogles", then eff it, that's a fantastic game in my book.

    Ok so

Right, but there is no way that could be that large of a group (by comparison of the rest of the human race), so applying the logic that you use with those people and just 'copy pasting' (for lack of a better phrase) to every other situation where you see the phrase "no homo" is never EVER going to work out well for you. Context, for one thing is essential, and knowing Rat for even five minutes would have told you that he was joking.

    Ok so

Actually if we are going to go this deep into the psychological side of jokes posted on khv, let's go deeper.

This is one of those 'facts' (but not really a fact) that people like to spew out whenever somebody says something like "no homo" in a joking way. Rat, or anyone else for that matter, making a joke (no matter how distasteful, and im not saying it is or isn't) doesn't automatically prove that he is insecure. If anything is offensive, it is somebody shoving that down someone else's throat. If someone says a joke you find to be offensive, saying "hey man or girl or whatever- don't say that, because it might hurt someone's feelings" is fine because you care about 'x' member, but being like "joking about 'x' means you are insecure about your sexuality" is not only just as offensive as "no homo", but it is rooted in assumptions and not fact.

Random side note, but you also have to realize if true equality is the goal, that means jokes have to be made on both sides, otherwise its like "you can joke about 'x' but the moment its about subject I care about, the all bets are off". That kind of thing is not only laughably unfair, but it hinders progress. If jokes can never be said involving a certain group of people, then by extension, assuming equality is the goal, no jokes can ever be told. I don't see that happening.

I understand that you aren't saying that "because moogles are just dolls" that "the fantasy part of the game is disappearing", or rather I should say that I hope you aren't saying that. Fantasy comes in many shapes and sizes, meaning that Square mixing things up doesn't mean it isn't fantasy based. A gigantic fictional world filled to the brim with different types of magic/things that cannot be explained sound pretty fantasy based to me. It might not be "old Square", but if somebody told you that this game was going to be like that, they probably lied to you.

I don't know, I am not too bothered by it. I am going to give Square a fair shot at this game, and if it is great then yay I didn't waste my money. However, I won't be casting negative judgement until after I play it, otherwise that isn't fair.

Loose leaf tea. Make it cold, make a lot of it, and don't add sugar. Loads of flavor all day long, and you can go with caffeine varieties or none depending on what you are feeling.

I understand that you are new-ish, but I encourage you to read the rules and become familiar with how the ins/outs of the code request system works around here. No big deal though, just be sure to read/follow the rules.

As for a little bit of insight. One doesn't convert something from another region to another, that is called porting (to port a code from one region to the other), whereas converting generally means you are taking a code in a different format, and using a program to create that exact code that is compatible in your desired format.

    For example

    NTSC to PAL = porting
Codebreaker version whatever to ARMAX = converting

Like I said, don't worry about it, however I should let you know that things are somewhat on the slower side. If the code already exists, it might be a good idea to search through the current/previous threads. If a person doesn't/can't answer your request, that's unfortunately how it is. You could always learn how to do that yourself, but that would be somewhat time consuming.

I agree, I also hate what they cut from the movies. Watching the extended editions of the first two makes the movies better in my opinion. Less awkward time skips/cuts, among other things. Good stuff though.

Even as a huge HP fan, it's not something I would probably do. That being said, if you (or anyone else for that matter) cares enough to pull something like this together, I see no point in making fun of it. I mean if you want to be an ass, just for the sake of being one, then I guess that's your call. I'm pretty sure they aren't doing this to impress other people or fit into the shallow definition of "cool". If you guys are enjoying yourselves, more power to ya.

More importantly, favorite book/movie from the series?
