Mark started murmuring to himself when neither Church nor Tucker responded, and went out to the back of the base to do some target practice... aiming for the center of the 'O' in the words 'Tucker's Rock'.

    -Mark-

Mark's ship flashed past beneath the falling Riku, raining down a hail of cannon bolts on the giant heartless. Mark winced at the shrieking noise that the poor little girl was making, but nothing could be done about it, and he just banked the ship into a wide turn, cutting back on his speed so he could manuver the ship well enough to not crash into the heartless.
    -Kairi-

Kairi summoned her keyblade as she and Belle ran, the redhead glanced over her shoulder occassionally, trusting Belle to lead her well enough that she wouldn't have to watch where she was going.

    Name: Hestizo "Zo" Trace
    Gender: female
    Age: 16
    Appearance: Species: Human (Jedi)
    Alignment: Light
Strengths: Has a faster reaction time than normal humans, as well as being stronger when in the vicinity of many plants.
Weaknesses: Isn't very strong, emotionally and telepatically attatched to plants, so it is traumatizing and paralyzing for her when many plants are dying (such as durring a forest fire).
Series Origin: Star Wars: Red Harvest
Bio: As a young Jedi, Zo was put into the Agricultural corps, a order of Jedi normally reserved for those who were not strong in the force. Zo differed from this standard by showing a profound ability with plants, able to communicate with them and influence their growth. Sometime durring her time in a greenhouse facility Zo telepathically bonded with a rare species of inteligent flower. She was abducted with the flower to a planet called Odacer-Faustin, where she was hard pressed to escape with her life. After the events on Odacer-Faustin, Hestizo was on her way back to the Jedi temple to complete her studies when something went wrong, causing her to warp to Earth's reality and crash-land in the forested regions of Alaska. The crash killed her pilot, Pergus Frode, was killed in the crash, leaving her stranded on this strange world in a strange new reality. (More about Hestizo can be learned on this page: http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Hestizo_Trace )
Weapons: Blue Lightsaber (one meter long when activated, no special atributes)
Misc: She can communicate with plants in a telepathic manner, as well as being capable of controling plant growth. She can use other 'common' force powers, but is very weak with them.

Mark jumps down the ramp after the other three, pressing the control to close it as he descends. Keyblade in hand, he races after the others, a trail of flames in the wake of his keyblade. "So, where do we start looking?" he asks, glancing around to make sure none of the shadowy things were going to attack them again.

Ignis shakes his head and puts a golden hand on Pool's shoulder, "do you not know anything about war-vehicles? Each and every one has to have it's own name or else all kinds of things go wrong with it."

    ___

Mark slid the sniper rifle onto his back, magnetic locks holding it in place. The Blue and green figure walked back over to the standard-issue base. "Hey, guys, what's all the arguing about? And what the hell is 'headlight fluid'?"

Ignis glances at Nick, "Private Jimmy incident?" he asks.

Mark chuckles and takes the sniper rifle, crouching with it on a low rock ledge and watching the Reds at their base, "damn... that's a Banshee... " He murmurs to himself, then taps his helmet's side, activating the internal radio and then trying to find which channel his team was using.

Ignis looks a little confused, even without taking his helmet off, "Spanish, sir?" He asks, "I'm afraid I don't know what you are talking about, but I'll stay here to help you out if you've... erm... misplaced your mechanic droid... which... just so you know, costs a lot more than my Banshee."

OOC: I landed the Banshee, I didn't crash it
The spartan in the Flame-painted armor took a step back and put a hand on his perfectly maintained and most definitively not crashed Banshee, "Umm... First of all, who the Hell is Grif? And second of all, no, he didn't Explode, I just parked my Banshee... and I do know how much they cost, I'm an engineer, sir, Private Ignis, sent because apparently your... uh... mechanic droid, is it? Anyway, there was a report filed saying that you guys couldn't communicate with it."

    __

Mark took a step back, "you... wait... WHAT were they talking about?" he exclaims.

At the last possible moment the Banshee pilot pulled up, cutting off momentum, and the craft landed lightly and cleanly less than five feet behind Nick. Now that the craft wasn't moving nearly as fast as before; red designs were visible all over it, flames on the stubby wings, a pair of fireballs around each of the plasma cannons, and the roaring maw of some giant, reptilian creature was painted around the Plasma-bomb launcher.

The sound of laughter echoed from the craft's cockpit, and then the top poped open. A Spartan in standard red armor climbed out, walking around the craft and then standing over Nick. The man reached down with a flame-covered right arm... gold flames, painted on the armor. The Spartan was laughing, his hand obviously sent downward to help Nick up.

"Dead? Huh, alright, who's in charge, then?" Mark asked, tilting his head to the left in a quizzical manner.

The moment after the Pelican was out of sight a whine filled the air. The whine quickly grew into a scream recognizable as that of a Covenant Banshee, more experienced listeners would also be able to tell that this particular Banshee was the T-26 GSA model, a formidible high-end design with full lock-on capacity for the Plasma Bombs. Moments later a cloud of dust shot out over the cliff, a cloud from which the purple and green craft dived out of. The Banshee screamed down at Nick with blinding speed.

Mark strode up toward Church, spotting the Blue soldier, "Hey! I'm looking for a Captain Flowers!" the Blue-green spartan shouted, his armor half-covered in red dust from the climb down the cliffs.

Mark clenched the wheel of the Warthog with one Blue-gauntleted hand, his right hand on the stick as he shifted gears. The great arc of the Ring-world was put into sharp contrast by the sunlight that poured down onto the dry, cracked soil of the plateau. Mark brought the Warthog to a stop, overlooking a canyon, and stepped up to the edge. Yeah, this is the right place, he thought, looking down at the hilly stretch of land between two round, metal bunkers.

With that, Mark slipped carefully off the edge, landing on a ledge a few meters below. From there he made his way carefully down the treacherous cliff, leaving the Warthog at the top. Soon a partially dust-covered Mark strode away from the Cliff base, toward blue base.

I think I'd like to have my characters arrive at the bases as new recruits/reinforcements. I've got some ideas about how to use the Banshee for that role... and I'm really sorry, but I feel inclined to ask the following question:

When are we going to start? 'Tommorow' was three days ago.
