They didn't add a model of Ven at all, nor did they found a hidden one. XD Ven actually appears in the game, so he already had a model from the beginning. lol Xendran's video.

Forget about putting Sora's clothes on Roxas. The textures wouldnt fit the model, so they would be out of place.
