Me too! XD It might be a source of comic-relief, since this game sounds pretty depressing! *thinks up a comic*
The connection: Riku worked with Malificent just like Terra. Riku=earth=Terra Meh... I want the trailer! DX *shakes fist at SquareEnix* I kinda think the same thing, because we know Terra isn't a bad guy. The are rumors going around that the reason why he consults Malificent is to wager for Aurora's safety. But that's just a rumor.
Sure, it is similar to heart! XD I was saying before that it looked like a decayed heart.
I do not think this interview is real. Simply because, why on Earth would Square Enix, a powerful company, allow ANYONE to spoil the ENTIRE plot to Birth by Sleep? We all know how much information is being kept from us! Nomura would be absolutely furious if something like this really happened. I used to be a huge fan of the Spice Girls, and I really don't think their type of music suits the KH series. Plus, since when have any of those girls done voice acting? The plot in the interview sounds completely made up. The part about Riku and Sora being brothers and Aqua as their mother sounds like a bad fanfiction. (I will appologize if I am wrong, though I totally doubt it) Also, if Victoria did do the voice acting for Aqua, why didn't she know the name of her character? Voice actors don't just look at some lines and speak the words! They have to act! That means becoming that character!!!! I am going to contact Square Enix. This interview is totally ridiculous. (Very good find though!) EDIT: Never mind, keyblader of a nobody found the REAL interview. Good job! Um... sorry about the rant. XD
No. Here, take a look : http://www.vulomedia.com/images/99370untitled.jpg You can also see this symbol on the Dark Soldier's chest from the KH2FM Secret Ending. Terra and Ven's belt buckles are different.
Not all "common" Nobodies; Dusks are the only ones with the zippers over their mouth. That is a good point though when it comes to symbolism.
Here's some tidbits I noticed about the various enemies of the Kingdom Hearts series. Just thought it might be interesting to you all. Heartless Symbol: Appears to be a heart in chains/thorns. (Shape reminds me of Terra's belt buckle except with no chains) Normal colors: red and black Characteristics: Glowing eyes (light within?), violent movements, usually appear in numbers, "mindless," hold hearts captive Nobodies Symbol: Appears to be a broken heart, also upside-down. Normal color: grey (twilight?) Characteristics: Hidden/shaded eyes, graceful/flowing movements, occasionally appear alone, are capable of "thinking," supposedly without hearts The New Enemy (From BbS) Symbol: By what I can see now, it looks like a shattered heart. Or perhaps a decayed heart. Normal color: ? Characteristics: Not much is known at this point. Eyes, or at least the ones I've seen, are a deep red. I've heard they move fast, but that's just what I heard. We know they existed before Heartless and Nobodies. I could go into archetypes/symbolism with the colors, but I think I'll spare you for now. XD
Yeah. I figured I'd better start off by memorizing Hiragana and Katakana. My goal is to learn how to read it at least.
Nice, Xaldin. My resolution is to learn Japanese without a teacher... I am so totally screwed, I know. XD HAPPY NEW YEAR!
The first scan takes place at Cinderella's Castle. The second one takes place in Sleeping Beauty's world. That look on Terra's face reminds me of someone. I think it might be Xemnas, but I am really not sure.
Yes, it's the same symbol on the Dark Soldier's chest in the KH2FM Secret Ending. Nice catch! That's very interesting. So, I am guessing this "Dark Soldier" is one of the new enemies then. ... This suspense is killing me. DX
You are incorrect. Terra's name means "Earth" in Latin. No worries! Nomura has confirmed this.
It's okay! :) Yes, those characters were the ones available in the demo only. By the info that has been released, players should be able to set up "teams" in multi-player mode. However, I do not know if it's the same for single player mode.
It is on the 22nd and the 23rd. That's about two days away! ... *spazzes* 8D
Good point. Namine is a special nobody. However, she is the only nobody we know that doesn't have an "X" in her name. I still don't understand why everyone thinks the fourteenth is young. Sure, I wouldn't say she is "old," but I really can't judge her age with her hood up. Plus, the camera is at a downward angle, which tends to make people look shorter. If the trailer leaks, we should be able to get a better idea of what she looks like. The reasons why a lot of people think she is Aqua: *She is a "key" character *Xemnas was talking to her armor in his room (which is really weird) O.o *Xemnas introduces the fourteenth member to rest of the Organization *She does not appear in Kingdom Hearts 2, neither does the fourteenth *Nomura has not confirmed that she is a "new" character Some reasons why people think she is NOT Aqua: *Too young (?) *Why would she know Xemnas? (don't even get me started with my theories) *Some people think she's dead (no proof behind that theory)
You're forgetting something: Namine. I don't see an "X" in her name. She is a nobody. Believe me, there are no dead ends.
That's... strangely funny. I am surprised Nomura allowed Amano to do that. To me, it's kind of a funny twist, but... WTF?
Yeah, he does look quite malicious in this render. He only smiles a couple of times during the game. I hadn't seen him in that pose before.
Okay. Whatever you do, don't let people tell you that you are an idiot for asking this question. They did that to me. There are MANY people who are still hoping for a release on a different platform, including me. Many DS games are released on different platforms, such as the PS2. So therefore, this question is perfectly logical. However, to answer your question, there is only a DS release confirmed so far. But, this game is still in-development, so anything can happen.
I am waiting to get mine. Maybe they will come out with a special edition DS.
