What you basically do is choose your lines, like #'s 1, 4, and 23 and sing'em along with the black lines (everyone sings those). Be sure to actually make the lines in time with the song though. So if you're singing line 4 and it shows up around the 30 second mark in the song then your line 4 should be there as well in the actual file. So that means keep all the spaces in between each line. What this does is make it easier on the mixer so she can just drag and drop your lines to the song itself without the need for any major adjustments.

You'll also need a high quality image render, a full body image of a character with no background. So for example your Goofy avatar the render would just be Goofy, non of the white background around him.

The character has to have his full body meaning no cut off of the feet or head or anywhere else and has to be in a standing pose. Your Goofy Avatar is actually a very good example of that.
