To make your Deck more like Aster Phoenix's and because they could help you. You already have Fusion Gate so that will make them easier to summon and give your Fusion Gate card more use.

If it was properly summoned first then you can summon it by other means. This is something that you have to analyze carefully.

But if a card's text says "expect with" or "except by" Then it cannot be summoned by any other means.
