Nope, it is about Santa Claus. The man wearing black is smoke, the hole is the chimney. The man wearing red is Santa. The smoke keeps rolling over time but Santa is forgotten T_T so sad!! Oh and congrats on being my 1000th VM here is something special for you . . .

I once was whole but now am half.
Half for you, half for me.
I see that things have gone by fast.
You became the newer me.
I have returned to claim me half,
and so with this I must,
apologise for taking back,
what you loved so much.
I realise that as my other half,
we share some similarities
that kind of makes me laugh.
We can seem so different,
be so far apart.
The only thing we really share,
is our one true beating heart.

Hmmm, interesting, sounds like murder!!! lol I am reading Detective Conan (Manga) right now and I just love mysteries. I want to be able to solve mysteries like that as well . . .

A man wearing black,
comes out the hole.
A man wearing red goes down.
Neither meet at the same time.
Yet both give hope to the town.
As time passes on,
the man in black keeps rolling.
The man in red fades away.

It was actually about a guy standing on the top of a building viewing the city from high above. The ants were people and he wondered what they would be thinking when he . . . well you get the picture. I can right very depressing poetry too, though I seem to mask it behind a confusing structure of words and analogies . . . oh well.

I remember when my friend carried around a dry-erase board to communicate with friends when she had laryngitis (I hope I spelled that right lol XD)

That's cool, actually I think its kind of fun just coming up with quick scenarios and describing them through poetry (for example that last one I posted). . .

I stand on the brink,
between this realm and the next.
What will my eyes percieve?

I hold to the thoughts,
of my friends and family back home.
What will my mind tell me?

I see the endless sky,
filled with stars so bright and far away.
What will my heart say?

I know what I must do,
all parts of my being screaming at me.
What will the small ants think?

That is depressing -_- but I asked for it. So, if it isn't intruding, is there a story behind this poem???

I read poetry that doesn't ryhme (as poetry expands far beyond ryhming) give it a shot, I don't mind if they are depressing.
A shadow in the dark,
the shadow isn't mine.
A feeling in the Night,
the feeling not my own.
A fear beyond the light,
a fear of what awaits.
A tear falls from my eye,
yet I am not crying.
The darkness passing over,
I call out for help.
The call of death comes,
I feel nothing again.

This is about a guy standing in the rain running from someone and he is shot down.
