I'm not unfair, I'm doing my job. You wouldn't have gotten a warning if:
a. you didn't continuously insult her or
b. contacted me or another staff member at first if that comment really bothered you that much, and that could've been the end of it right there. No one would've gotten a warning.

So then why would one get shot by talking about it?
