You mean you wonder how many points you give and take?
Well, it's not really explained anywhere and I'm not really sure myself. You give:
* 1 point for every 200 rep points you have
* 1 point for every 1000 posts you have
* 1 point for every 6 months you're a member (not sure about that one)
When you de-rep you take half the amount you give.
I hope that was the answer you were looking for.
