Yeah I've seen this. It's representing the differences in depth between the two games. It's true that the first KotOR game is somewhat shallow compared to the second, but it's a rather unfair comparison to me. KotOR I is a lot like the first Mass Effect in that the plot isn't spectacularly original or complex, but it's well-written and executed, and supported by a great cast of characters. KotOR II goes for an extremely philosophical and atmospheric approach, with the actual "plot" of the game being rather light -- because it's simply a vehicle through which characters and philosophies are constructed and presented and challenged. Both are great, but in different ways, and I don't feel they really bear comparison.
Oh and, without going into spoilers, Darth Sion isn't at all the villain of KotOR II, at least not in the way Malak is in the first game. He is a threat, as the image states, but again, not something that can be compared.
