It's probably not hard, but I just don't know how to do it as I've never done it before.

Save gif.
Cut out pictures of Heroman and Joey's heads.
Open gif in GIMP.
Stick Joey and Heromans head over the head of Guy and Lee on each layer, making sure to merge them each time.
Done.

Sounds easy enough. 'Cept Heroman can't smile. He's just a big ass-kicking toy. And Joey's a puss.

The fact that their faces aren't smiling is part of what will make it hilarious.
