He hasn't shown up since January. If you wanted to play Starfish Hitler still, I'll allow it so long as you don't portray him in a way that is offensive to anybody other than Nazis.

I was just thinking, Starfish Hitler would be a good contrast to the Millenium Battalion in terms of behavior. One is a silly Nazi sterotype that looks like a starfish, the other I plan on playing completely straight.

That would be a perfect way to balance the mood of them out actually. I say go for it.
