The encroaching parallel universe, and the birthplace of comets, the Kuiper Belt first appeared in Wild Arms 2 as a series of bosses, starting with the Larva. Taking advantage of being inside a human body, it learned to speak and form a personality of its own. It is the main antagonist of the War Saga. The Kuiper Belt here is the same as the one in WA2, but worship control only works on villains, like Abridged Vegeta right now

So, what i got from that, is it's the evil cosmic version of kingdom hearts, from wild arms 2, accurate?
