Hey, sorry I logged off for awhile. My internet crashed and I had to go unplug it, wait for the little light to turn green,, and then plug it back in again. And then I had to rinse and repeat, 'cause it didn't work the first time.

I wish there were, but unfortunately not. I'm really grateful for your care though, really.

Anything for a close friend. :)
I still consider you one of my closest, actually. You know me better than almost anyone, besides my immediate family, anyway. And even then, only about half of them know me really.

I consider you very close too. I was quite happy to see you back on, if just for a little while.
I'm falling asleep sitting here. So exhausted. Emotional stuff wears you out a lot.

Okay, you go ahead and get some rest. I can't promise to still be online whenever you get back, but you know my e-mail address if you ever want to talk.
Oh wait, I changed it. I'll send you a PM with my new address.

I'm not sleeping yet, but I can't imagine I'll be up late. Usually up to about 3 or 4am, and it's not even 11pm yet.

Oh, okay, that makes sense. I've been having a lot of insomnia lately. I just can't seem to fall asleep at night. But that's okay, a lack of sleep makes me hyper during the day. That and Coca Cola, which has replaced Dr. Pepper in my life.

Replaced Dr. Pepper? You have no soul! D:
But yeah... I get that kind of insomnia too. It's not easy to fall asleep when you have a lot of unused energy. Let me know when you find a cure.

I know, right? We just grew apart. I didn't love him anymore. To be quite honest, I simply woke up one day and discovered that I now find it disgusting. I tried to work things out, I really did. I just can't drink the stuff anymore. :P
But yeah, I will. I hate being wide awake at two in the morning.

Ouch, low blow there, considering my current issues.
Huh. That happened with me and lactose intollerance. Woke up one morning allergic to dairy all of a sudden.
Yeah, you and me both there.

    Oh, sorry, I wasn't thinking.
But that happened to my dad, too. But, now we all know how to cook without dairy. Mashed potatoes without milk isn't as bad as I thought they would be.

I was mostly kidding about it being a low blow anyway, don't worry. Bad joke really.
Yeah, though apparently mature cheeses and skimmed milk are best to go with.

meh, I prefer it with gravy. A lot of gravy. And if you put enough margarine in it, you can't really taste the difference. At least for me, anyway.
My great aunt once made garlic mashed potatoes without any dairy, and they were the best potatoes I'd ever tasted, even without the gravy.
    Man, now I'm hungry!

Only too well. I still make myself eat three meals a day, even when I feel like I can't, simply because I know it's healthier. Ah, if we could only get by in life off nothing but soda and little debbie brownie cakes.

I only have two a day anyway. I can't force myself to eat though, so I often don't even have two full meals.
If only we could yeah. Things would be so much more chewy.

Mostly just searching for a job and not enjoying the stresses of adult life while still suffering the stresses of a teenage one.
    It's not that fun.

Well, if it helps, theres some stuff I do when I feel down. Sometimes write, sometimes I draw with colored pencils, sometimes I read, and sometimes I blast sixties music through my headphones. Speaking of which, I found out to my dissappointment that the KHV chorus did a cover of Hey Jude, and I was not here to join in. That's one of my new favorite songs.

I do write sometimes, but not so much anymore. I love writing but... my mind just draws blanks lately.

Man, I have so many ideas I can't focus on any one at a time. I'm currently working on 18 different stories, and that's not even including any of the ones I was writing before I left. I accidentally let them all fall by the wayside.

    Pinekaboo
Well I have about 14 stories or so, all of which I'm drawing blanks for despite knowing what happens in all of them.
    I'm really just that bad.

lol, don't worry, that's not bad, it's just writer's block. I'm stuck in most of mine, too. XD
Query: When the Doctor takes Amy and Rory to the last concert performed by all four of the Monkees in North America until 1986 and they all run into an alien, what on earth happens next> I simply have no idea.

Yeah, I know, but we're talking for about a year or more.
I would say... an explosion happens backstage, where said alien is feeding off of all the electricity that the stage is running off of.

So, random question: What's your favorite candy bar?

I don't really have a favourite, honestly. I tend to avoid them if I can, since I prefer snacks that last longer.

Ah, that makes sense. My favorite would be Butterfinger, and that lasts long for me, because I eat it slowly on account of it hurts my teeth. XD

That would make a lot more sense if I knew what Butterfinger is. We don't have all your strange American confectionaries here.

Oh yeah. XD It's pretty much chocolate and peanut butter all mixed up together. It's honestly strange that I love them so much, as I have hated peanut butter with a passion ever since I was a little kid.

Never tried peanut butter, actually. Likely never will.
Also, just saw your pics. Looking good as usual, sis. How you weren't more popular before, I don't know.

    Lauriam
lol, before, nothing! I still ain't popular. Something to do with the reputation you get when you're thirteen and make the mistake of being more interested in lightsaber dueling than make-up. You'll be suffering the repercussions for years. XD
    Oct 16, 2012
  38. Pinekaboo
    Pinekaboo
Meh, before or now, I see no reason you aren't more popular. But I suppose in some places girls are supposed to be girls and that's it.

    Lauriam
Yeah, I suppose you're right. Which really stinks, because I just can't fit that mold. lol, this guy that I used to lightsaber duel told me he considered me one of his bros. Not that I ever thought of him as anything else, but still. A bro? XD

I think the issue is just where you live. Cities tend to prefer individual girls that are different from the mould. Country areas tend to prefer the opposite. Go figure.

Ah, that is true. Case in point, I live in a small backwoods town that is the closest to American Hicks that I've ever seen. I was one of the popular kids when I was a kid living in the inner city.

There you go, there's not much more proof you need. On the plus side, you find it easier to resist being tempted into more than you'd normally be comfortable with as you get older, meaning you're more likely to be able to live out your life as you planned. Teenage curiosity gets most people, after all.

lol, and I would be glad of it. You know, I'm just extremely thankful for this time of technology, when you and I can live in seperate countries and still be friends and have conversations like this. Go back fifty years, or even twenty, and we'd have to be writing each other letters, if we'd even met at all.

I agree. If it wasn't for computers I wouldn't have met any of the people I consider my true friends.
That said, I also wouldn't have the same issues I face now, but that's a side-note.
