Well, yeah. But his Line Shield was blue last time I played. I tried changing the hue in GIMP, but it made his face blue as well.

Some of the colors won't be right...Like his Line Shield, for instance. But I guess he could have a different one for convenience.

Actually, yes he was. Except the only changes were that his hair was a more saturated blue (Think Modern Sonic's Fur), and the red lines on his clothes are also blue.
