I was just mad at myself for blundering in such a pathetic way not at you. And the "ARGH!!!" part was merely to act like I was getting hurt while taking damage like they do in the anime.

Anime Exclusive Shooting Quasar Dragon is fine to use if Anime Exclusives are at yes. We never combine Anime Exclusive effects with the real legal version's effects though.

Here are your answers.

1. You can use Custom Cards even Fake Types but don't overpower them with a single card like you summon a Level 1 monster and it's effect being when you attack directly, you win or Spell card that deals 8000 LP damage etc.

2. Turbo Duels are allowed in the Arena but no-one uses that format often, it's very rare to come across one.

Can your hand be anything you want?

In Non-Random Duels, yes Non-Random means you can draw anythign you like to even the playing field and able to summon as many monsters and such.

Do you have to randomize your draws?

In Random Duels yes, and how it works is by playing your real world deck in front of the computer or a flat surface and play it naturally, of course you'd have to upload images from yugioh wikia to show what your field is, btu you ever go to bed or such, leave your deck and field out somewhere where you'll leave it alone until you can continue the duel.

I could try to find a pic for you to use for your custom if you like.

Normally we just pick what we draw yes but there is an option of playing with the random draw. What I do is just keep my real life Deck by my mousepad.
