You know, it's kind of funny how reading something with a different avatar next to it changes how pretentious it sounds.

I think I might keep this avatar for a while; not certain.

It is free. I like LiveJournal and personally recommend it, though you can use whatever you want really. It's just the best one I've tried. I think it best to start by writing down dreams that you can remember from the past, dragging details out that you didn't remember before and so on until you have something to post. That will get you started. Let me know if you need help with anything.

When I record my dreams, I do it well. They are usually pretty vivid. I didn't record them at all and hadn't had any serious ones for years just a few years ago. That changed friend of mine got into a contest with me to see who could lucid dream first. Thinking about dreams before bed and recording your dreams, even from a long time ago, increases the level of recall and vividness, and eventually contributes to realizing that you are dreaming and then to helping you lucidly dream.

Will you create a journal and try it? It will probably be interesting. The key is not to give up on it. If you stay with it, the dreams will become more and more frequent and you will remember them more clearly. Hm?
