Crimson Butterfly is very toned down. The first one is the scariest and this is coming from someone who doesn't scare easily. o-o

Are the games hard? Do they have puzzles that would make you look them up?

2 was the one that got my total interest in the series but in order for me to pick which games I liked I would have to play them first(Its the reviewer in me). So for right now I cant say. I have to save up to get all PS2 games from GameStop.

The Wii remake for Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly is coming out of Japan! It's been confirmed for a Europe release but there is no word about a North American release which makes me sad :(

Maybe the 3DS spin-off might help bring Fatal Frame to come back outside Japan if it does well.

Yeah there is 4 but its not released outside Japan :(
