Sweet Poison

Daine watched, sighing, as she drew her knees to her chest and waited. She would have to see how sane the girl was. More likely then not, she would run after her creator, and either destroy or join with her. If she managed to keep a small bit of who she was, then..they would take it from there.

 

Leon used the werewolf attack as his chance to escape. He headed off quickly into the woods hoping to get to the other side quicker by running. Had to forget about the bottle she had, I can get more down here, he thought whilst moving.

 

She knew the human had left, but she ignored it. If she had to, she could track him down. His scent wasn't as sweet as the others' were. She turned her attention back to the girl in front of her, watching the last changes be completed.

 

Because of the blood loss, the rush of fresh blood that started running through her veins felt hit, very hot. Cadence's back arched up from the shock of the sudden heat, she sharply inhaled a gasp of air into her lungs. As she went back into a laying position her eyes snapped open, her startling yellow eyes.

 

Daine looked up. "Girl? Can you hear me?" She didnt' intend to try and find the girl's name, other then her being told. It would be a test to see what the girl remembered, if anything. If she didn't....then Daine was in a lot of trouble.

 

"I think your worthless prove to me your not or splat," Nox said takeing out a small chram with some string.

 

"You asked us earlier who the bad guy was didn't you?"

Saro glared at the trinket. He was dead either way. Might as well not give him any satisfaction. If he was going down, he was going down as what he was, a feral beast.

 

Annaly blinked at the nymph, a small hint of confusion was in her eyes but not much. She tried remembering what had happened to herself, she didn't have much luck but it was very slowly coming back to her. "I can hear you..." she muttered, as trying to figure out something. What bothered her was the fact that the nymph kept referring to her as 'Girl', not something she particularly liked. "And my name is not 'Girl', its Annaly."

 

Aly growled, her hackles raised. She wouldn't let one of her pack brothers die, she just wouldn't. It was against the Law. "Let him go!" she yelled over mind speak, trying to reach the human. If that didn't work...Plan B.

Daine sat up straighter, her eyes bright. "Annaly. Tell me everything you are feeling right now. Do you have any lower pain, do your legs hurt?" She clenched her hands, wishing she could do more.

 

The circle disapated.
"Crap," Nox stood strait up and drew his wand and a silver dagger from his shoe. Nox prepared a spell and actiavted his defenive charms.

 

Saro's arms jutted out suddenly. Not expecting the termination of the field, he didn't stop using his strength.
"It seems you were alot of talk child."
Walking with an air or dominance, The werewolf made his way to his young prison guard.
"You told me your name, but in all honesty it is too long for my taste. What shall I call you now?"

 

Aly watched the two, her eyes wide. She didn't know what to do, who to side with. Pack brethren, or a stranger who was kind. Trembling from lack of food, she backed up a bit, trying to see more clearly.

 

Nox fired a knock back spell at the werewolf, "Nox. But I don't like to talk much when I fight."

 

Annaly went to raise her right arm but suddenly let it drop when a burst of pain shot through it. She sort of remembered and guessed that was where the wolf from before had bitten a chunk out of her. Not that there was actual evidence to prove that she was. "Well, my shoulder is hurting like hell, I think that's where I got bitten when that wolf was mauling me." her eyebrows furrowed together as she tried to remember more.

 

Daine gently held the arm in question, then nodded. "That will heal in a matter of seconds. Anything else? It's important you remember these things." she murmured, sitting back again. Stupid humans, always trying to get where they didn't belong.

 

"I... I was trying to get back home and then somehow I got lost. I never get lost especially in here. I don't how it happened either..." Her thoughts were beginning to race around the place, trying to remember stuff was getting a tad bit difficult but she didn't give up. She was starting to wonder what made her lose her way through the forest.

 

Daine stood up, then offered the girl her hand. "You have a few choices. You can come with me and I can see what I can do, you can find the one who created you and stay with them, or you can wander on your own. The first would be best, the second better, and the third worst. But choose, quickly please. I don't want to meet any others."

 

Now that the nymph mentioned it, curiousity started to burn at her. Who was it that made her what she was? Now she was really wondering, she started to think that she should go look for her so called 'creator'. "I'm starting to think that that I should go with the second one..."

 

Daine shrugged, then smiled slightly. "In that case, two tips. One, you should memorize my scent so you know how to find me. And two, you need to find her on your own." She patted the girl's good shoulder, then walked off towards where the guy had went. She wanted to study him.

 

frozen still sitting in the spot overly concerned over what he had done he refused to let his body move ignoring the constant urge to find and finish his prey and look for more food. it seemed as if something was growing inside him something splitting him into two. "SENO!!!" something called out in the darkness of his mind. "who is there!?!" he said twisting and turning his head violently trying to find the source of the voice as well as his weapon. "Seno don't try to fight me i am the only thing keeping you alive" The voice echoed. "Show yourself!..FACE ME!!!" he shouted rising to his feet. "You see the thing is i would if i werent you" the voice said with an evil chuckle. "no..NO!! THAT'S NOT POSSIBLE HOW ARE YOU ME AND I AM STANDING HERE!!" he screamed tripping over a stone on the ground. "well the thing is i am your inner demon i am Riyuchi, the Soul Eater" the voice said gently. In utter shock of hearing this he immediatly clamped his hands around his throat and declared "I shall not become a monster" just then the words of the wounded wolf echoed in his head. "I have to find her i must make sure she ok!!!" "yes she shall be fine prey!!!" "NO!!" Seno roared "She is no long my prey she is in danger i must get the bandage from around her neck or.." "or she'll become infused with the herbs and taste awful" "SHUT UP YOU FOUL BEAST!!" Seno then stood to his feet and began to track his patient.
