I just got back from volleyball practice.

I'm so sore I can barely type anything without my hands dropping or shaking...

Well, when the doctor was bending my knee and feeling it, it popped out of place again, so they gave me a new Brace that will push my knee back into place


I have to go to therapy 2 times a week for 6 weeks and I have to get checked up on in a month

 

That stinks. At least you don't need surgery.

they said if my knee pops out like 3 or 4 more times then they would have to do something about that >>


Oh, and i found that the fracture was a torn ligament and when the ligament broke off the bone, it took a piece of bone with it too.
