Say for example a member joins, he gets an infraction for spam, then for a year he is good, then gets another infraction for spam, then he is good for like 5 months and gets a third infraction. We used to go by the 3 infractions and you're out rule, but it wouldn't be fair to ban that member really, when a member who say, gets an infraction for flaming and a further infraction for an innapropriate thread both within a week is allowed to stay. Bannings are done on an individial basis depending on the seriousness of the situation. Past is taken into account yes, but the 3 infractions and you're out rule was flawed.
