Ooh! Maybe since Kairi's heart was inside Sora's body, it created two Nobodies instead of one. The two that I'm talking about are Roxas and Namine, and because Kairi already lost her heart, creating Namine, Xion was created when Kairi's heart went back to her. To put it simply, my theory is that a Nobody is created whenever a heart leaves a body, not just just its original body.

 

I have a feeling that Kairi's heartless is Xion. It would be cool if that was the case.

They have comfirmed that her real name is Shion

 

They confirmed that her Org naqme was Shion,which is written Xion in english.
They didn't said anything about her real name,if they did,we would know who she is.

I mean the they didn't said anything at all about her real name.
They only said that her name was Xion.
Her real name might not be a anagran of Xion without a X, it could also be that the someone that became she changed her name before entering the org,like Xemnas,or even someone that's not a nobody with a fake name.
Or her name could a hidden meaning like DiZ(DiZ means Darkness in Zero).
