i think you need to brighten mewtwo up a bit, and again a different colored text that will stick out. also the border you made has no design and is the same backround as the original. The border really throws it off, also mewtwo's shadow is covering to much of him. but some shadows i have trouble with shadow too. hope that helps.
Yea it does help THANKS! been trying to get better and come to find out my sigs have been getting better XD
I'm a little concerned with the green energy on Mewtwo's right arm: You can see the outline a little too clearly on him. I'd recommend you take the brightness down just a bit.
There's not much of a change other than that V2 has text and is slightly brighter. Well first of all, the render doesn't look good. Try to get it to be either a whole body shot that's very small (Like a sprite) or as the bust. That's usually how things go, style-wise. You're in major defiance the rule of thirds, which is something I will constantly pound into the heads of gfx-ers on here and never receive any type of response on it. Render needs to be blended and there isn't any FG effects. Colors are weird because Mewtwo isn't really matching the BG and the lighting is bad. Text leaves something to be desired. Keep trying and read some tutorials. :)

He did not draw it he used a program called GIMP. now back to the sig i like the one without the text i like how the render is kingdom 3-d ish and that the background blends into it but most of all i like the lightning that is coming out of the clouds on there but the background color could be another color than that
