Eden was confused at first, but heard the sound as well. She heaved Nox up and put his arm on her shoulder and let him limp along.

 

It was a high pitch voice as if trying to call for someone. Exel saw several tall bushes blocking the way and he cleared it with his sword.

 

Rick didn't hear the noise.

 

Valerie and Lilly followed Eden,confused at what the sound was.

 

Eden kept Nox on an easy level and continued following Exel.

 

Exel stopped at the clearing and looked around as the sound stopped. Then several thuds were heard from Exel and he fell down backward as needles stuck out from his front part of the body. Several cries wwere heard in the bushes and soldiers appeared to charge at teh group.

 

"Are you sure we should be going to the sound," Nox asked.

Eden casted Protega to protect Nox and Exel. She then casted Curaga on Exel and Nox and got out of the shield to fight.

 

Valerie and Lilly sighed. "Thundaga!"Valerie casted Thundaga on the soldiers."Firaga!"Lilly casted Firaga.

 

Exel tried to stand up but fell again as he felt numbness from teh twenty dozen needles stuck in his body. Hey you're gonna have to fight without me. He said to them and tried to crawl himself out and pulled the needles off of him.

More soldiers appeared with arrows and fired them at the group.

 

Eden casted a Whirlwind spell to take back the arrows.

 

One soldier was far away and was holding a book and a staff and mumbled under his breath. Many soldiers were keeping him away from teh group. More soldier with sword appeared.

 

Valerie sighed."Here was go again."she combined her Lightning spells with Lilly's fire spells at the soldiers.

 

They flew back shocked. Another group came up with heavy armor to protect them from spells. behind them were lance soldiers.

 

Riku looked around, kinda worried. Where'd he go off to?

"So what are we going to do?"
"I don't know...help?"

Eden cast an earth spell to create spikes to hit the soilders.
