Hey, I own it legally. I just ripped the iso and applied the patch. But let's not talk about that now. Let's talk about my amazing pun.

 

Quickly, let's play find the flawed logic!

 

I ripped the iso from my legally obtained copy of The Game. Then I applied the patch to said iso. I did not distribute the iso or patched iso to anybody. No illegal activity.

So you're wasting your PSP space and memory for an ISO rather than just wait two more months? I want it, but not enough to spend money on buying the game and paying for shipping and handling.

 

Well here's the thing. I want both the extra features/dubbing of the English version, but I also want to have the original artistic intent. This way I'll have both. Since the US version will definitely have some kind of censorship, I want it uncensored as well. With the patch I can understand the uncensored version and still see the original intent. And maybe uncensored is the wrong word, but I couldn't think of anything else, okay?

 

So you're spending double the money for the identical game. So you want to see the black smoke coming off of Braig's face and more of Aqua's back? That's worth $60 some odd dollars PLUS the other $45 when you get the English? I'm sorry, but I'm still not seeing how these minor features are worth $100+ and all your PSP's memory.

 

I take these things very seriously. It may not seem like it, but I'm rather good at dissecting symbolsim and such. I want to see first just how well the US version retains that symbolism. And you forget that I can always just take the ISO off my memory stick to get back space, right?

What symbolism? What is symbolic of Aqua's lower back? Your boner? And you've already applied the ISO, so why take it off? Then you'd be left with a copy of the game that you don't understand! You're just babbling nonsense right now to justify this when you don't need a justification. I just don't understand why you would spend $100+ to get two copies of the game and now you're telling me that you'll most likely end up taking the English ISO off and then be left with a spare Japanese copy that you aren't able to understand? /runonsentence

Not stuff like that. For example, Lady Tremain and here daughters dying in a fiery explosion could be a metaphor for how anger and hate are the chief forces behind one's ultimate demise. If I remember correctly, Disney wants that taken out for overseas version. And there likely plenty of other things like that too. Like the big explosion at the end of Terra's story.
