mkay, so it's my girlfriend and my one-month anniversary tomorrow, and I don't really know what to do. I know one-months aren't a big deal, and don't even count as an anniversary because of the Latin roots of the word, but I have never kissed or even hugged her because she is not the kind of girl that likes to make things public, and she gets embarrassed easily. I can't afford much of a gift, and I'm only in middle school so I can't take her out to dinner, and yeah, again, I'm on a very tgiht budget and I can't just not get her anything. What do I do?
Just tell her the truth and how you wanted to get her something but couldn't. It's the thought that counts the most. You can just spend time with her and have a nice time. Like going to the park or something. :)
Okay, those are all really good suggestions, but I actually found a solution between posting this and reading the replies. I wrote an acrostic poem of her name with all the wonderful things that describe her. This thread can be closed now, I guess.
Also, give her a kiss. It's a good chance. And you said she doesn't like doing it in public - do you ever hang out on your own? Go for a walk after school or something and kiss her! And hug her! I mean come on, she can't even hug you in front of other people? Boooooooo. It's one month, take control.
