Decision Time!

In a hour I'm going to the eye doctor to look into contacts.
Are contacts worth it?
Or should I keep the glasses? =P

I want contacts, to be honest.

It really all depends on whether you think you look better with them or without them. :P

 

Do what you want. I can't wear contacts because my eyes are too sensitive.

 

Depends. I found out contacts are better for me than glasses, cause my eyes are really differentiating in prescriptions, and glasses can get too small over time, like mine did >.>

Also, I look like Harry Potter with glasses...srsly

 

I haven't changed my glasses for 2 years. =/

I suggest, if you can, to actually get both so you can switch from time to time.

 

I wear contacts that go for 30 days and you change them and get a new pair every 30 days. They are so much more convenient to wear than glasses as you can get up and see straight off in the morning instead of having to dig around for glasses. It takes a bit to get used to but well worth it to me. A pair of glasses is good to have on hand too so that if you want to switch you can, but contacts are in a way liberating as you can do sports and all and not have them in your way.

 

Exactly. Also you can't wear contacts in water though. But I would still say you should get contacts, there totally worth it

Well you can go swimming but not go under water which kind of bums but that's really the only negative other than getting your eyes to adjust to the contacts. Good point to bring up though cuz that's an obvious con at times.
